I really like the fact that it isnt just a platformer. Makes the game deeper. Great entry!

GAMEPLAY
The mix of platforming and management styles offered an engaging variation, though the management aspect could become slightly repetitive. More diversity in management tasks might enhance the gameplay experience. Also some better UI elements how the status is for different resources would have been a nice bonus. Had fun playing though.
ART STYLE / VISUALS
The art was coherent and nice, particularly the designed interludes that stood out.
AUDIO / SOUND DESIGN
The music was relaxing and complemented the game's calm atmosphere.
INNOVATION
While the game creatively merged different genres, it wasn’t particularly innovative in its individual
gameplay mechanics.
THEME
The theme was present and checked.
Overall a good game jam effort. Nice đź’Ş
Weird sprite offset bug happening in the first part:
I like the attempt to combine a couple genres together, but the platforming was a little short and easy, and the management stuff felt pretty tedious and repetitive to me. I did like that there were different activities needed and such but definitely the required resources way outscaled my patience. The building materials one in particular felt too difficult to control, and the food one went on too long for the amount needed. I also found it a little confusing that the resources were listed in different orders on the required screen and then one showing how many of each I had. Those could’ve been UI elements I think and saved the player some annoyance. It’s definitely not my genre though, outside of ones that feature explosive exponential growth - this sorta felt the opposite.
I liked the character sprite in the platformer section, and didn’t encounter any bugs beyond getting stuck at the stations, and assume there was an ending once you get to 25 people. It’s an ambitious project for a jam and pretty sweet you got it together in the time we had! That’s definitely something to be proud of :)
It's rare to see a game like this featuring different sections with completely different gameplay. I really like the little transitions with the drawings and story. I didn't stay in the second part since it felt a little repetitive, but it's a solid entry and a nice take on the theme :)
I like the variety, from platformer, to different minigames. The minigames were pretty fun at the start but it feels like the game progress too slowly, gaining only one people per day and sometimes having to wait the full day as you already have the needed resources. Asides from the stucking bug wich is a bit annoying the game is polished and I like the world setting and idea.

Thanks for playing!
This game was incredibly addicting, I had to stop myself from playing more. The platforming section at the beginning of the game was fun albeit a bit easy. The part after that shines though, I love managing games personally so this was a huge blast. The minigames were fun although I gotta say that the food minigame was too long for what it's worth, needing more food as the game went on. The building minigame was too easily replacable by the auto-gather skill imho but it was the most time consuming so I didn't mind too much. The fuel minigame was easily cheesable, if the fuel goal bars were too high up there I could just let go of space and it would randomly generate a new one, so by the end I got a whole lotta fuel lol. I didn't get far enough to need entertainment or tech but I did play a little while and as I said it was super addicting. Fun game all around!

Quite a surprising attempt at fitting several games into one. Unfortunately I wasn't able to progress the second part - I couldn't get any fuel despite hitting the marked point dozens of times. Shame - the game got me curious.
I talked to the gamejam hosts and I was told I’m free to link to a patched version of the game. If you want to play further it is available here:
