Nice music and fun gameplay,

I do think it would have been better to let the title screen fill the space you gave your game window but that is a minor thing. Also i have seen it said in an other comment it would find it more fun if you could also shift view halfway a jump

The idea is awesome and the game is fun. In my opinion the background is overloaded and the player should be able to change between angel and demon in the middle of the air (By that way i think the game would be less frustrating). Finally, that music was a very good choice.

I saw the secret on the title screen, how dare!

Cool game though. The health bars being different depending on the form was really clever and not an idea often seen in games. I wish there was a download button because it ran a bit jittery in my browser. Dynamic music was a plus.  Some of the background objects seemed a bit fuzzy but it might've been from my monitor's scaling? Heck, perhaps the game could use a lower resolution in general.

Cute sound effects too. I would recommend adding a command to switch planes in mid-air, personally.

Pleasant art style, simple controls, easy to understand mechanics. Music increasing in tempo to match the game speed is an effective way to add tension.

The resolution is slightly larger than my monitor, fortunately doesn't affect gameplay much.

This was pretty exhilarating! Any game that has adaptive music gets brownie points in my book. I liked the story, I liked the progression, and having two sets of health came in clutch to reach the portal. However, the visuals were a little disorienting sometimes, especially once things grew faster (Maybe that was the point), I would have liked it if the background was separated from the foreground a little more, for example, If you dithered the background art in black.
