How does your game relate to the theme?
By combining your spells to one-shot the evil cows, you earn bonus points for each successful combo. The more cows you one-shot in a single combo, the higher your score climbs. Compete for the top spot on the leaderboard and challenge your friends to see who can master the magic and become the Moogician.

Interesting ideas but very confusing.

I think the game would make a lot more sense if the evil cows had visible health bars. That way the player will naturally figure out how much damage spells do and how to best use them.

I had a difficult time shooting enemies and kept dying unexpectedly due to the large hitboxes.

I really do like the idea though, but it needs more time in the oven.

it was kind of hard to play but I could see the potential with a little more polish! I like that there was a lot more abilities that in other games.

I had a bit of trouble with the dashing.
The abilities were intresting.

Yeah sadly you dash towards the cursor I also didn't have time to explain you have 3 dashes and can pick up two more dashes while playing. So 5 total. Thanks a lot!

I really like each of the abilities!

I think that proper collisions, different enemy types, and different animations for the player and enemies would make this game feel really nice!

I had quite a bit of fun playing, and managed to get second on the leaderboard!

Oh, can you kill multiple enemies with your dash? I got my score just by making sure to use every charge of my dash possible to get kills because I noticed it gave extra points.

Ah I see! You get extra points from oneshotting the enemies by combining abilities so they hit and kill the enemy in 0.2sec from first time they take damage, this is pretty damn hard though since you have too time both M1, Q and E so they hit right at the same time. The dash oneshots them as well if you dash into them.

There's also a combo multiplier from killing multiple at the same time.

A bit confusing that you HAVE to oneshot to score, but you can kill ennemies with more than one attack, makes you score without really having the restriction of the "One shot" theme

Otherwise, fun gameplay, and the hand-drawn art was cool !

I find oneshotting in mobas really addicting by comboing the abilities so I figured a 50% boost would force people to oneshot to chase highscores, also the player character dies in one shot! :)

the gameplay is nice . personally i only use the M1 attack :) . the visuals could have been better .

Well that's original game but have some issues that can be fixed to be great. Just like don't be allowed to go out of the bounds, fix the enemy's walking and others thing, but if you fix more something I think that the game can be very good.

Agreed with others that the out of bounds made it much easier to get the right distance needed to line up one shot kills on multiple enemies and get better combos off. I was a big fan of using the ‘E’ ability despite its long charge up time, it felt pretty satisfying to blast it off.

As for feedback, it felt like the enemy’s hitbox was unexpectedly large at times and I would die moments before blasting off my E ability. I think in this case it might have been nice to have a smaller hitbox to be slightly generous towards the player so they can have more room to maneuver and attempt to pull off big combo hits.

Thanks for the great feedback Profour. I agree it feels unfair sometimes , I think I have a issue where the sprites flip but their hitbox does not therefor you sometimes get killed from a further distance. My bad! :)

Even tho 'Moo'gician is clearly for the cows, it reminds me of Moo-Deng 😂 The game is well balanced & doesn't get boring cause of the multiple abilites! great work on that! I full screened it and the level was not full screened- which gave me more area to run around & honestly,  I had alot of fun with the out-of-bounds 'bug that should be a feature' 😂 It makes gameplay to give more advantage to more skilled players! I got a high-score of 1600 which put me on 3rd as of writing this!

It's a nice top down action game. The player can go out of bounds at the moment which actually was very helpful. The combo attacks are hard to time but rewarding. The one issue i have is that monster spam on you when you're onto the side which feels unfair. Other than that good. All the best :)
