Fun game!! Was really fun playing a couple of times and trying the different upgrades :)
In terms of art, it looks really good, though personally I think a special font would make a world of a difference.
Very fun :)
I really liked this game very much. Well Done!
Really like the art and the upgrade system was cool! Fun game :D
<3
The art is cool and polished. The game is cool, well done !
thank you!!
Had a blast playing this! Upgrades and enemies were really cool. Didn't expect that one enemy to dash towards me xD.
Very well made game! I loved this concept, great work.
Amazing drawings, the game feels very balanced and yet every wave makes me feel like a pro when I beat it!
Incredibly cool style!!!
thank you :)
Fun game, love the artstyle! Cool upgrade system.
thanks :)
Awesome game! Very cool idea with the upgrade system :)
The thumbnail sucked me in and the gameplay made me stay. Fun and intuitive to play, I really liked the music and satisfying sound effects. I don't like that there is a skip button on the powerups because I accidentally pressed it lol, it killed my run. It felt like the legendary and rare powerups are not better than the normal ones (maybe that was intended balancing). The art is cool and polished. Overall impressive for 3 days!
Thanks for playing! The rarity gives a bit more stats, but we couldn't make it too significant because there's no way to swap them out later. So the base rarity items are already pretty strong. Personally I really liked the rarities an an excuse for giving the gems different colors :)
Ideally higher rarities would be obtainable through a separate mechanic and would give new stats as well, but there's only so much you can do in 3 days!
A bullet heaven! I think the standout thing here is the enemy designs. They're simple (normal guy, big guy, fast guy) but they force you to react and stay paying attention.
It's really fun, I did a few runs and my favourite build was stacking bullet split even at the cost of damage. That being said, rounds feel like the drag on a *bit* too long and a few pickups like the odd healing gem or temporary buff would have gone a long way. But hey-ho, it's a jam, time limits and all.
I'll be honest, I never really got around to understanding the multiplier system. I *think* each slot changes how effective the boost is by a certain amount? You guys should clarify that on the game page, I think it'll really help your ratings.
Overall- Fun game! Great work.
im glad you liked it, thanks for the in depth comment
awesome art and sound design; great work on the concept and progression of introducing new enemies too
one thing I would've like to have is some way to heal between upgrades (whether that be drops from the enemy, items that just spawn on the map, etc.) due to the big difficulty curve after a few waves
Thanks for the feedback! The difficulty scaling definitely needed some more work, sadly the last thing we got to due to time constraints.
thanks for your feedback <3
you getting full health after every upgrade or merge :)
Great work, very beautiful graphics in-game, keep up the good work :))
