Description
My submission for the jam!

Two feelings jumped out at me from Katsushika Hokusai's artwork. A sense of peace from the serene surroundings but the abstract figure in the waterfall also gave me a sense of foreboding. I tried to capture both of these with the twinkling guitars scattered with some off key notes and a dread filled bass which together gives an eerie feeling in what should be a pleasant melody.

The build and cut represents a moment where you snap out of a daydream or the feeling of glazed eyes returning to the present, and think what was I looking at?

I'm sure there wasn't anything in the waterfall....

Nice vibe in this piece. I like the atmosphere and how serene it is.

oh man the guitar on this one is lovely!! i could fully imagine everything you described. i like the musical concept of snapping out of a dream, though i wish the volume drop off wasn't so intense, as it feels a little awkward with even the lead guitar volume dropping.

overall though a really lovely piece, great job

This is nicely done. My only tiny feedback is that it's maybe a little static, but you chose ambient as your genre, so it still completely works.

I love the gradual build-up, it's not too fast or slow. The guitar's resonance pays off!

I really love the idea of "snapping out a daydream" and you very able to execute on that idea really well! It was super pleasing to listen to and beautiful overall :)

Hey there! Nice relaxing vibes on this one, I like that sinister touch, that calm unease felt extremely good to hear, awesome stuff :)

Really nice piece, has a bit of Salvage my Dream vibes and the overall mixing is quite well.
