Interesting concept and elegant execution, the split screen is quite well done!
The energy mechanism isn't much clear and as it is both attacking and healing consume too much of it; also the movement is a bit clunky: at times I got three square ships homing in on my ships and evading them is pretty much impossible, as is destroying them due to the energy consumption of the cannons.
The splitscreen effect is cool, the music was great but where do I get energy?
Hey, thanks for checking out my game! I didn't explain this well on the game page, but the energy is dropped by enemies when you destroy them - you need to move your ships around with q so the inactive one can access the energy
A cool concept with the ship connection and energy management. Looks and plays great.
My favourite part of the game is definitely the split screen, feels clean and looks great. I was unsure on what was giving me energy, your description mentioned energy scattered around the map but I couldn't see any. Good work!

Fun game and concept, love the split screen feature. But the only problem I had is the bullet is like kind of stop (It is like a landmine or something?) and can't collided with the enemy. Anyway, Keep up the great work!
A nice Game. The splitscreen feature and the music are really cool!
For some reason i did'nt got new energy from shot enemies, so i could't play very long.
Thanks for playing my game! It's strange that the energy wasn't working - did you try moving the ships around to where the enemy died with Q? (I didn't explain that bit very clearly in the game page and ran out of time to make a tutorial!)
Really great! i liked the spilt screen Feature!, and good mechanics<3
Love the art, split screen is super cool and you can tell it took a lot of time to make!
I really like how you didn't just set a maximum distance for the ships, the split screen effect looks amazing but it must've been a nightmare to implement! A few things weren't obvious at first like the small particles being the energy pickups but after learning a few thing this is a really fun game to play! My strategy was mainly to just constantly spam Q to move both ships quickly away from oncoming shapes and then just let the auto-fire take care of them.
Hey, thanks for all the feedback, I really appreciate it! It's great to hear you enjoyed the game, and I think you're right that the small particles being energy pickups isn't at all obvious. I'll have to improve that if I do some more work on the game!
Really interesting idea! Maybe it just needs a little visual feedback in the mechanics and when they are available but other than that it was pretty fun.
Thanks for checking out my game! I like your suggestion of visual feedback for when the various mechanics are available - I'll definitely add that in if I do some more work on this game
Fun little game u have here nice use of sounds and music too and the split screen was really cool not something ive seen in many games well done and good submission
Nice implementation of dynamic split screen. It was unobtrusive and helped me keep my bearings.
Thanks! I'm glad you appreciated the split screen (because that thing was a pain to get working!)
Very challenging game, but I really enjoyed it! Especially I liked the energy thing, that pushed me to switch to another ship and the heal feature.
Thanks for checking out my game, it's great to hear you enjoyed it! I ran out of time to playtest the game properly, so I'm glad the difficulty worked out not-impossible
Really nice idea. It looks simple but it is not. Really hard to beat the squares and check the energy. One of my favorites so far.
Thanks, it's great to hear you enjoyed the game - good to know that it's a difficult game because I ended up not playtesting anywhere near as much as I should have!
