Woo! 30/30. The humour, mechanics and environment bring Magicka to my mind. Great job! Thanks for the trip :)

Thanks for playing!

Yay! I saved all the fishies!

The checkpoint system really makes this game so much more enjoyable. It was nice to see that even if I made a little mistake, I could jump right back into the action. Also, the seagull's AoE is tuned just right so you can set yourself up to save the fish without worrying about being overwhelmed. The balance felt just right.

Lastly, the placement and utility of the puddles is the icing on the cake. Very intuitive. The dialogue is charming and wraps it all together into an overall fun and pleasant game. Super creative execution and approach to the theme.

Congrats to the team! You have something truly special here.

Good game, the sound of the water jet is very pleasant, I found the dialogue of the fish interesting, very amusing.

I delivered something similar in some aspects, including the name, but with a different proposal

Thanks for playing! I saw your submission and was glad to see we went for approaches to a similar concept. Can't wait to play yours!

All around pleasant

I enjoyed playing this little game! The music is very soothing, the controls simple and the characters funny and adorable. I like how one of them goes "It's so dark" when trapped and changes to saying "It's too bright" when released, that was hilarious! Only 'problem' I had was that the crates with the fish blended in too much with the environment and were a little bit hard to spot. Other than that, very well done!

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it. I think in a future build I might outline the crates to help them stand out a bit.

Fun little game! The art style of this game is super pleasant, I especially liked the VFX for the water spray effect. The premise of this game is super cute and if developed further I can see challenges like puzzles and more difficult to navigate terrain being added. However, this game was quite rough around the edges, there was many, many ways to get out of bounds and the game lacked feedback for getting hit and other things. I wouldve also liked if you didnt have to stop moving to fire the water beam, though that might be too overpowered. Good game!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed the VFX for the water spray. Out of curiosity, where did you manage to get out of bounds? Wish I could have put in more feedback to make it juicier, but unfortunately ran out of time :(

I prototyped with moving and shooting at the same time but it felt too easy. Maybe in future builds we'll create some puzzles that feature moving and shooting together!

At the path split thingy, going left, at the end of the path you can climb onto a thingy on the ground and then over the fence. I think ive seen that exact layout more times over the game, but I didnt investigate further.

Developer

Thanks for the heads up, we'll make sure to fix that for the next build!

Simple, but very funny and  pleasurable to be play

Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for playing!

Fun little game. Had trouble in the browser with the 3D so would have preferred a downloadable version. Great job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Out of curiosity, which browser do you use? I tested on a few so was wondering which one I could improve on for future builds.

I’m using Chrome and most games just don’t play well in the browser for me.
