the idea is very cute and fitting with the theme.
I'm glad I made Little James' birthady cheerful! :D Tension increases with each click, it is a very nice, simple game idea, cute presentation and happy music with nice sound effects!
very creative idea! it became easy to fill to almost 100 each time because of the horizontal line separating the dark blue from the light blue background. i just waited until it passed that line by a certain amount. it might be a bigger challenge to remove that line (or make it vary in height!)

Actually it was really fun to play despite so simple idea and gameplay.
Clever game idea that is super simple! Only thing I have to say is spam pressing a button is a pain point for people who have RSIs or other wrist/hand injuries. Fits the theme really well.
Thank you! Yeah, it may not go well for those people. I may rebalance the game increasing the pump amount so it does with fewer key presses. The feel of the game would change from "having stamina to pump" to "may I pump once more or not?". Gotta try it later
