I’m sure your learned a lot doing this jam, and I hope you come back with an updated version for the game. Don’t aim too far, just do enough so the game appears in a nice polished and playable version. Good job anyway!

Very much liked the art of this, but obviously missing gameplay. Am interested in seeing what it will become in the future though!

really nice art there is a lot of details in it (like the eyes on the walls) but i cant seem to be able to do anything in the game unfortunately

I guess I won't harp on the issues too much since you've already addressed them, but to me it seems the team was too ambitious with the art and didn't devote enough time to polishing the actual game. The art is indeed very cute but you have to make sacrifices in jams sometimes. Still, looking forward to seeing how it plays once you fix everything up!

Developer

Hello all thank you for the kind comments, Yes sadly we ran into a few technical  issues, we had multiple branches on Github, a lot of logic is already in the editor but we as a team need to refactor it. i.e. we have the functionality in some assets but need to apply it all to the final models.

We are planning to implement these changes within the next couple of weeks Additionally to this, we enjoyed it a lot so we're looking forward to developing it a bit further.  As I made a small design document with some further concepts.

Sadly I didn't get enough time to implement these changes but I wanted something there and present for the Jam. I also didn't even write the controls on the page. (This will be done after this comment).

The art's great. I couldn't interact with the enemies, including not being able to get damaged. I'm not clear on why I can walk through the walls with the closed eyes and I couldn't interact with the portal or the lever. -Rogue

title screen art is super cute, the 3d models are all really cool looking and the particle effects are nice!! that being said, i'm not sure what i did wrong but theres a lot of technical issues that mean the game is kind of not working for me i think. the art is solid and the concept very cute, so i'm looking forward to you guys maybe uploading a fixed build soon so i can experience the game properly!! kudos to the visual effects and 3d artists though!! xox
