Use of the limitation
The limitation was "chaos is everything" and for me the chaotic thing about this game is having to move the 2 characters at the same time, and the chaotic puzzles and platforms.

Cookies eaten
? I don't know, I ate a donut , why...?

this was really fun puzzle mechanic. being able to drop boxes through the floor was pretty cool. . . up until I dropped it off the bottom haha

Developer

Thanks!,

Yeah, that happens, that's why I put two boxes in each level, in case someone lost one...

Submitted

This is really well designed. I did lose a box forever. I really like the character style. Good job! I also ate a donut. Actually, I ate four of them.

Developer(+1)

Good for you!, Thanks!

Submitted

It was tricky and required me to position the two characters carefully to not move boxes. The level's had a good design to them, nice work!

Developer

Thanks!

I like the game, Not sure if it was just me, but there was no sound?

Developer

No, I didn't have time to search and add them, but I'm glad you enjoyed the game even though there was no sound!

Nice job!! Super cute and a really cool concept. Wasn’t sure for the chaos limitation though

Developer(+1)

Thanks!

Doesn't feel too chaotic though I like it. Could lead to some great puzzles.

Developer

I hope so... :)

So cute and so fun! I love the concept a lot! It was well executed too! There's so much room for puzzle design with this concept! Awesome job! :)

Developer(+1)

Thanks! :)

Managed to beat it, it was pretty fun! I like the design of the robots a lot, and the controls felt good. Might be nice if the camera follows the player automatically rather than having to use W and S (or maybe have a toggle for camera follow), but otherwise really enjoyed it!

Developer

I'm glad you like it!

Yes, it would have been a good idea to have the camera follow the player as well, but I did it this way so that the player could see the entire map without having to resolve it.

Submitted

I was able to solve the first part and get to the top of the screen, i am not sure if the camera was following the players though because it didnt go up any higher. from what i could play i feel like the challenge was good!

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks!

You can move the camera with "w"(up) and "s"(down) Keys (or right joystick).

I'm getting the same issue as @meganobody

Developer

Yeah, in the rush I made a couple of mistakes when exporting the game, but all fixed :)

Submitted

it doesn't work, as soon as I start the game, the inscription "you win" immediately appears. And the console is filled with errors (ERROR: Resumed function '_process()' after yield, but script is gone. At script: res://MiddleUp.gd:10 At: modules/gdscript/gdscript_function.cpp:1875) (Win version)

Developer

Yes, when exporting I put the DEBUG mode without realizing it, thanks for reporting the bug!

By the way, it's already solved, in case you want to try it now.
