I didn't not fully understand how the deck building works, but the game is addictive and I spent quite some time on it without realizing! It's a really interesteing cominaison of genre and well excecuted, I hope wou will iterate on it.

Use of the limitation
I used the limitation of chaos to make a game where you have to draw cards while controlling a ship attacking the enemies. I thought it would be chaotic trying to do both at the same time.

A very original blend of genres. Will you iterate on it? I think it has potential and am curious to see what you could do with it. Very good job :D
Nice! I would never imagined a mix of deck build with a shooter like this.
First time playing something like this it was pretty unique for me. I wasnt sure what was supposed to happen after drawing five cards and sometimes they would disappear.
I love Roguelikes and deck builders, so this was right up my street. Definitely a strong fit for the limitation, it was challenging to balance the two central gameplay mechanics but both complemented each other very well - I really wanted the boost to my stats as I got further in, but it was harder and harder to look away from the enemies long enough which led to me taking risks, it felt great when they paid off!
I'd agree with some of the other comments that some more tutorial would be nice - it took me a little while to figure out, but once it clicked I had a great time with this!
I really enjoyed, try a couple of runs already, there is a good bunch of content and it's nicely used!
I've got a couple of questions:
- When starting a new wave why aren't the cards directly drawn ? Am I missing something ?
- I got a bunch of cards discarded when clicking on the deck. Is there "bad" cards too? Would make sense with my first question I suppose :)
Otherwise I found the waves become to hard too quickly IMHO. However, I really liked the autoshoot feature and the alternate fire position it adds a bit more complexity and chaos and you need to feel it to play and enjoy.
Nice job!
Cool. I love having both control schemes at once, nice and tricky. It could use less screen shake. I hope you keep working on this game.
Wasn't expecting this at all when I saw the title but actually really funny. The music is really fitting in. I find myself trying to build the most optimized deck :) . Thumbs up for originality.
This is a really interesting mash-up of genres! Although I found myself just kinda clicking on the deck and dodging enemy bullets, I like the concept of controlling your boosts through random card draws. I'm not quite sure if it was intended, but it seemed like all the ships would jolt one way or the other when I shifted directions...definitely due to the change in their pathing towards me. Seemed a little odd. Music and sound choices worked too. Nice job!
A really unique and fun game, reminds me a lot of heck deck but it's really it's own unique thing at the same time, I love all the different attacks you can pull off with the cards!
Shoot em' up, roguelite AND deck builder? Count me in! This game is really fun and even more original. I love the Blackjack-like mechanics, absorbing the cards, and everything. Overall a fun and original game!
pretty fun game! Love the classic gameplay style and simple graphics with the mix of card power up mechanics. Made for an interesting concept!
that was fun! I didn't really understand how the cards work but the game is fun to play!

This was challenging but a good game, liked the overall feel as well. Worth noting that you can fly out the top side of the screen what seems like indefinitely so worth adding a collider at the top as well.
Really fun game with some clever design decisions - I especially like how the golden bar has 11 pieces, so you can't really build your deck around a single number and guarantee absorbing strength that way. Although the mechanic of absorbing could use a better explanation - it took me a while to understand why my cards would randomly disappear when drawing. And I didn't see any reason to have the delete option disabled, since clicking on the cards without it doesn't do anything.
Good work, i did forget what the cards do, maybe a cursor pop up will be handy!
I was kinda confused about some of the mechanics maybe you can show them more clearly? and I think most bullet hells have a slow mo or something to clear the whole screen. It felt really unforgiving
