Super cute game, I love the aesthetics and use of limitation. Very spooky vibes!
Creative idea! I was so happy when I found a dog and my light radius increased haha. I think the movement is a bit floaty, but I got used to it after some time. The visuals are lovely and the concept is very interesting, and though simple, the gameplay is very fun. Good job!
Very cute and easy to understand. Lovely use of the limitation
I walked into this game without a tutorial and then got chased by 100 monsters right off the bat.
still a fun game though, i love how fast the gameplay is.
This was really fun!
Haha, I think that we share similar ideas.. I like this minimalistic style too!
Cool Gameboy Style
I really enjoyed this. One thing I was thinking was how it would be interesting if it was swapped and you got more light when you had less health making it a risk and reward type of thing. Instead I felt like I was just being double punished when I got hit as I was losing health and sight. That could be really annoying though having it like that and Im sure you figured out a lot. I really really liked the art style though and music fit very well. Fun!
I really like this. The dimming light when your health goes down makes it really creepy with all the monsters rushing at you. Maybe some sort of indicators at the edges of the screen at the start so you have a general idea of where your treasures are would be helpful. Great job.
I enjoyed the game. The music made me panic even more when the monsters were coming. Good job with the limitation too. Only thing i would of liked to see would be a goal of some sort, maybe how long i was able to survive or a highscore to beat. Overall great job!
Thanks for the feedback!
And it might not be that much, but there is a goal if you get enough items to make the light circle big enough you win. But yeah, maybe another game mode where you need to survive as long as you can is a good idea that I wish I would have implemented.
