I love this, especially the sprites and visuals. Great job!

Very neat, I thought the main loop of discovering parts of the map, losing time, resetting and rushing back to the last piece of progress was really fun, with a bigger map, this fusion of memory and light puzzle solving could get expanded upon in  a really cool way. Overall a very neat game.

Loved the story and starting narrative of the game. The sound, the visuals set the perfect mood for the gameplay. Took me two tries to figure out what needs to be done but apart from that it was really nice. Great work, looking forward for more.

I don't really get why people are confused by the gameplay, although I agree with some that the limitation does get a little annoying in some rooms and a death screen would be a nice addition, I do think that everything is explained pretty well. That being said, I adore the artstyle, the atmosphere and story, they all compliment each other very well and I'd say you did a very good job with this game overall. Keep up the good work.

I totally agree with you. The game lacks a death screen, I need to better organize my future project’s schedule. Thank you for playing!

The visuals are great, though music would add to the experience. Sadly I had to quit the game, hitboxes are weird and the game is barely introduced (like is there a way to stop automatically dying?). Maybe I didn't get deep enough into the game but the limitation isn't really used. Though I feel like you are great on the art side so maybe try going in a team.

I agree, the game would benefit of some music. Sadly the time didn’t allow me to compose a song, neither search for one.

I don’t know why you think the limitation isn’t being used. The Ent wants to lift the curse. The Ent is cursed and it’s spreading it. The intro explains that.

The game doesn’t have weird hitboxes, just lack of particles indicating the range of the curse, which is a bit bigger than the Ent’s collision box. Although I agree of the hitbox of the “Heliflower” (the shuriken/windmill flower) is janky, because it can collide with the Ent.

Hello! At first, I was lost I suggest you at least write the controls in the description of your game.

I can get the idea, I liked that I learned by myself but I suggest you create little tuto rooms at the start.

Also, the game is maybe too hard I couldn't finish it even if I tryhard.

Keep doing games that's how we progress and good luck!

Don’t take this personally but… I don’t know how would you get lost with the controls. It’s just WASD/Arrowkeys. When Spacebar is needed, the game tells it. The tuto rooms are the start, the bushes are there to the player quickly learn that the curse is spreading from the Ent too.

Amazing!, the sound library and the smooth animations made this an amazing experience.
