I really like how the limitation is used and the gameboy-style graphics. For some reason whenever I right-clicked an enemy it'd freeze them rather than throw a shuriken and that was really annoying. I think that was a bug? The puzzles were pretty well designed too, tho I only managed to get to level 5. Good game.
There are two actions: freezing ninjas (left) and throwing shurikens (right). You freeze ninjas in a specific position to make the shuriken bounce and reach the Shogun. Freezing correctly is the whole point Thanks for trying it!
Yes I am aware that there are two actions, the bug was that right-click was *freezing* the ninjas, not throwing shurikens
Oh sorry, now I see Yeah, ninjas have a clic event no matter which button is. But it does not affect the mechanic much.
Delimitation used wisely. Puzzles thought through.
Pretty fun game, got passed a few levels (until level 6 I think), cool concept and nice retro graphics, very nicely done!
This was great, the artstyle is slick, the concept is fun and makes you think, and the soundtrack frickin slaps(especially the ending song)!!!
Only sugestion i have to give is when the cursor is hovering on a ninja, if you press the right button it won't unfreeze the ninja, it was a bit annoying sometimes. Other than that, everything is nice, great job!
If you were able to see the ending… congratulations! About the right button, is intended to work like that so it works different from the left button. Thanks for playing!
I love the GameBoy-like retro-style graphics and background music! It is a good game system that fits with the limitations of the jam. I would like more trial and error, so it would be nice if the shuriken could be fired more often and faster.
Hey thanks for playing! The shooting frequency was limited to 1.5 secs to avoid spam, maybe it could be more reduced but while you move/reposition I thought it was enough; it’s hard to get the perfect balance for all though…

really good use of the limitation here. however, the levels ramp in difficulty far, FAR too fast for it to be all that enjoyable. these require some precision to pull off, and making the game just a little more lenient would go a long way.
