Use of the limitation
You are not a hero by any means. You are just a janitor whose only purpose is to clean all the mess caused by the clash between Poison Man and criminals.

nice game and good use of the limitation
Took me some time until I knew what was going on.
But when I got behind it it was pretty fun!
I figured it's best to have the +1 worker upgrade.
But one suggestion on my mind would be to have the game pause from receiving inputs for a little once the upgrade screen pops in. It happened to me a few times that I accidentally chose an upgrade I didn't want.
Fantastic submission overall.
AHHHH POISON MAN!!!!!! I surprisingly found this addicting haha. I often get hooked on idle games and this felt like a really great start to a solid idle game! The workers were awesome and were a great addition to my janitorial team :) I think one think I’d change is not having the screen be SO chaotic, it was a bit disorienting at times and I felt lost (like chaotic is fine, but sometimes it felt like a bit toooo much). Anyway, really solid start, and I love the idea :)
What a juicy entry! I love how you _feel_ every trash you clean up, it's super satisfying. I have two complaints though, the monochromatic style combined to the effects on Poison-man's attacks make the game really hard to read, and the white flash when you clean something becomes tiresome for the eyes after a while.
The upgrades are cool, you can see different paths through them (going faster or hiring more workers?), which makes me want to try different builds.
At some point I realized I couldn't lose, and that there was no real objective, and it kinda broke the game for me. Maybe a satisfaction meter that goes down the more trash there is and end the game when it reaches 0 could be a good incentive for players to play as well as they can?
I'm a really big fan of how you've used the limitation! It's nice to see an implementation that required actual effort, haha. Otherwise, I had a lot of fun cleaning up the place, and the game is definitely very juicy!
the concept is really good
This is honestly the best game I've played in this jam so far. The concept is amazing and the gameplay is really fun. But I agree with @TheJohnyFeeD, the only way for the game to end for now is when the player gets bored, which happened at around the 17000 mark for me. Other than that this is amazing.
This was fun, but I think this game would benefit from some sort of fail state. Like if you get hit by bullets or fail to clean before the timer runs out or something like that, because right now it essentially plays like a clicker game. The visuals and sounds are fun and satisfying. Overall it was a nice entry!
Pretty neat game! Might need a seizure warning on it though, the flashes are pretty crazy. I had fun playing it though I think there could be more consequences for the player such as worker death or janitor health because eventually the game just played itself and my score kept going up. But very cool animations and art, good job!
The idea of the janitor is pretty unique and fun , loved it , i think it will be better if you redused the flash But , Overall fun game!
Lol, this is the game of my dreams :)) But the theme and the limitation are so-so observed. And the flash is annoying. But otherwise, I did not think that cleaning the floor was so much fun. The background music is missing, and some random events, like the game turns into a bullet hell and we need to dodge bullets and clean the floors, it's awesome!
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah definitely should have added an option to toggle those screen flashes and shakes.
You really are just a janitor. The concept is brilliant, it's a really simple fun and funny concept. Great job!
