Loved the 2d 3d switch mechanic. It feels so much like doom, especially the shoot down to propel mechanic. Great Work!!

This has *got* to be my favourite game in this game jam so far! Its absolutely incredible! The music was great, the models looked amazing and the environments, while simple, were really enjoyable to explore!
I loved the mechanic of being able to change into 2d and explore the environments while maintaining your altitude, I thought it was very clever!
A couple of things I wish were changed was the player movement, as it feels like they're moving along a grid with how you can let go of the walk button but still move a few metres, and some kind of blood splatter or bullet cone from the shotgun, to help show if the shots actually hit our target. I learned how the gun worked during the final boss, but in regular play, I wasn't sure if enemies just had more health, if the gun damage tapered off or if I wasn't hitting them at all.
Aside from that, I really enjoyed this one and am absolutely looking forward to what you'll do next!
First shooter I've spotted in this jam (+ point for creativity). Unfortunately, I've encountered bug when I just fell off the map for some reason, then I press ESC to get my checkpoint, but the enemies position didn't reset so I just died. Can't made it to the boss, sorry:(
I have no idea how you could have made this in three days. I can barely get first person shooting to function in a week. Sometimes the ammo pickups didn't work for me in 2d so I had to go to 3d and back to 2d, but other than that excellent work!
Thank you! Well the shooting mechanic is not perfect and buggy sometimes xD, and while in 2D you can be above certain pickups, the idea is that you float (there is no gravity) in 2D but everything else is still in 3D. I haven't taken it that far to actually transform the game from 3D to completely 2D, I didn't have time for this. Thanks for playing!
This ones pretty cool, the models are disgusting(in a good way) and the soundtrack is pretty kickass, although I did find the 2d mode way more forgiving/easier than the 3d one, but other than that pretty neat.
I also thought about making a doom-esc game at the start, but after finding out the limitation promptly changed my mind, so i'm glad someone else thought of a way to make it work.
very nice!
Absolutely phenomenal! I have no Idea how you would have been able to make this in only 3 days. Loved this from start to finish. Plus, really reminds me of old DOOM, which is a welcomed thing, always. Really enjoyed the fight with the The Big Crazy Extraordinary Evil Dimensional Boss Spider Insect Boss Real Spider-Man 90X at the end too. Amazing job.
Very nice game! Its impressive that you could implement the 2d mechanic in just 3 days! This game is very nice and you should add updates to it! The graphics remember me of DOOM. Nice job!
This is really ambitious for 72 hours! But it's fun. I like that you included shotgun jumping.
I found myself getting disoriented sometimes switching between perspectives. I'm not sure what the solution would be, but something to keep your bearings when you switch would be a nice addition.
Good game! It's fun to run around and shoot things.
Fun little shooter, and neat concept. I failed the second jump like 10 times, but got pretty far otherwise
I got an error when I died, SICK DARK SOULS DEATH scene. Game was hard and the second jump in the beginning was the worst! didnt realize I could tab, ended up doing a shotgun recoil second jump
