I really enjoyed the game probably becouse of online leaderboard, but I would prefer the game that would require more a bit more skill than luck
Thanks for the feedback! Perhaps it was worth complicating the balance a little, but it seemed to me to be too difficult) The larger the fish, the faster the rod moves.
I got top 10 \o/ Tiger feelz like super fisherman!
Coulnd't find out if selecting a certain tile makes a difference - it is just random, isn't it? So a kind of strategy would be a good improvement (spontanous idea: you have to start at the shore, only small fishes can be catched. You can save some small fishes - like baits - to be able to fish the next tiles further out - and so on...)
All in all a really enjoyable game!
Congratulations!
It's nice to see how new names appear in the top 10 of the rating!
The choice of tiles does not affect anything, it was planned to add fishing spots with a probability of biting, as well as the extraction of baits on the ground... Thanks for the feedback!
It's simple but it's really cool! I can't believe you made a game with an online leaderboard in just a day! Really neat stuff! My best fish was 635kg!
Great catch! Yes, it was a wild crunch until the very end of the jam, I had to stay up all night :)
Works out nice so for. System is stable and looking good. I like the different pictures of the fishes.
Thanks!
Pretty fun game!! The art is beautiful btw. Congrats!! :)
Thanks!
Number 6 on the leaderboard, not too shabby!
Who doesn't love a fishing game? Good job, I think some music/SFX would be nice but still a fun game! Good job
Thanks for the feedback!
Unfortunately, the sounds and effects had to be abandoned in favor of the implementation of online ratings :)
Totally understand, I feel like the online leaderboard was a great feature and definitely kept me coming back to try and catch bigger fish!
Thanks :)
Relaxing and fun, could use some music. But its a clean game, love the visuals!
Thanks for the feedback!
Np man! Be sure to check our game out!
Of course, I would love to play your game!
a fun relaxing game
Glad you liked it! Thank you!
It was relaxing :D. I love the art style, and the simplicity of it. Good job!
Thank you!
Nice game, I like the graphics and fishing mechanic
Thanks for the feedback :)
Very fun little mini game, I loved fishing in stardew and this feels a lot like that. As other already said sound would probably add a lot. You did a really nice job!
Thanks, glad you liked it!
A tiny little game but interesting nonetheless! Like someone else said, I think the game could be improved by adding sound effects and music. I also think the fishing game could be a little more polished or faster paced. I don't think it really uses the limitation well, as you could completely cut out the island and nothing would be lost. Overall, cool!
Thank you very much for your feedback. It was planned to make fishing spots, fishing rods with a range of cells on grid and much more... But as always, there was not enough time :(
Did i fish for 10 minutes to get on the leaderboard? Maybe(still only 5 place, currently)
Cool! The rating is gradually updated, it already has more than 40 users :)
Not bad wish there was more.
Thanks for the feedback! There are ideas that I didn’t have time to implement, I hope to release an update of the game with the addition of new mechanics within a week :)
fun game. maybe some sound effects and music next. Great submission
Thanks for the feedback! I made the game a day before the end of the jam, so there was not enough time for some things :)
