The use of the limitation is very creative and I really like the art direction, but really hard to understand, which can make it a bit frustrating

Okay, now seriously, there's a "how to play" button on the menu that explains the mechanics
I tried both these things x)
After re-checking the tutorial, I noticed that there was more than two pages, and that the organs' mechanics were explained (which was the issue I had), so that's on me, I'll update the rating!
I had a ton of fun with this game. It was hard to get the hang of things but once I did, I had a really good time :)

Cool idea, and it's pretty fun once you know what you're doing. The stomach is a bit needy though, and with how quickly kidney stones appear the kidney can also be a bit of a problem. The idea of punching as the solution to everything is pretty amusing too.
The art is phenomenal and the concept is brilliant but I found this one to be too darn hard! XD
Great work though! This one really has that special sauce!

I like how with one ection you managed to make different mechanics! Less is more. It's a best way to make deep gameplay for games! Well done!

Fun and nice art! I liked the idea of internal organs. In the game, it was a bit difficult to aim for the rocks and stomach. Nice work!
Very good, art is good, audio is good, concept is funny, gameplay is fun, etc. But I must agree the stomach is a bit annoying to manage.

agreed, we initially wanted to do different levels so the start wasn't that hard and players could slowly catch the mechanics, but we were running out of time XD

It's very entertaining, maybe the stomach is a bit annoying, but the rest is excellent, and the art style is fantastic.
yeah, initially we wanted to make the difficulty progressive (introducing one organ every level) and the stomach and brain were supposed to be the hard ones.
But at the end we were running out of time and made one single level with all the organs, so it's like starting a game for the last hardest level 😅
I realy liked the game idea but i rage quitted because of stomach >:
