Beat it. This game was challenging but felt really fair the whole time. At first I thought that the circle around the cat was the indicator of how far you jump but I ended up* learning that was not the case. I've only rated 24 games so far so this might change but so far this is my fave of the jam. I don't think I even have any negative feedback. I guess if you made this into a full game I'd love to see more gimmicks like you did with the platforms that only appear after you collect all the dots. Maybe some moving platforms that move between the time stops? IDK
At first, I didn't realize that when I touched the circle, I could catapult again, but after I did, I realized that this was a very interesting game.
I felt a little sorry for the cat, but I was crazy about it and played until the end. The gimmick of the floor, which increases in the middle of the game, is also very good.
I really love the mechanics and style of this game, but I think the difficulty curve was a bit much for me. I personally had a hard time judging where my cat would go, so it was stressful to immediately be put in levels where more precise moves are needed. Plus the midair catapult mechanic isn't clear immediately, so I think more explicitly drawing attention to that would help a lot. I also recorded a video of my playthrough.
This was fun! Quite hard, but good balanced. This would be a killer mobile game. :D
Probably my favourite game jam game! Brilliant!
This was great. Absolutely loved the sounds and the aesthetic is on point.
Simple, elegant, challenging. What's not to love?
really fun game, I almost quit in almost every god damn level but made it to the end Idk how
I really enjoyed the game! It is not immediately clear that the cat can be grabbed in the air. But then when you figure it out, it becomes a pleasure to play. I really liked your game. The graphics are great! Great sounds! The sound in the game is just great! There may be a little lack of background music. I really liked your game project!
It took me a while but I managed to do all the stages !! Really great game and brilliant idea
really fun game and concept with great presentation
Super clean, super smooth, and really adorable cat noises that kinda sound like you made them yourself, which only adds to the experience. The controls were a touch inconsistent as things went, and I wasn't able to make it past the 3rd level, but I loved it nonetheless. Great game, great concept, great execution!
Very interesting and fun mechanic. Maybe it’s because the dots are so small for the level of precision you have, but the controls feel very inconsistent. Especially when attempting my third midair fling, it always comes out with either way too little or way too much force. Is the force affected by your velocity, how many dots you’ve collected, how long you spend lining up your shot, or something else? I can’t figure it out. But I definitely see lots of potential in this mechanic. Some music would be nice, by the way.
The speed you go is entirely determined by how far your mouse is away from the player, maybe i could have made that more clear. Thanks for the feedback and for playing.

Very funny game, good concept and amazing sound effects. It got pretty challenging near the end! The only thing it's missing is music. Great job overall!
Awesome entry, awesome art with your limited colors! Game had some tricky shots but I got through it! 2 things I think are worth thinking about tho, one is that when my mouse leaves the screen it fires which was a bit jaring and weird to get used to. The second is that I feel like some times when I tried to stop while going very fast it would just keep moving. Btw Fantastic use of color to show when you can launch, all around great entry!
I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about it firing when the mouse leaves the game (in browser I mean). Thanks for the feedback!
Fun (but hard) little game. Nice job!
Really simple, really solid! Loved the sound effects, added so much charm to the game. Felt really repetitive even after the fifth level, and I think a clearer visual cue of the player being able to use the catapult again might be nice? Other than that, solid for a game jam!
i really had fun with it, please release it for Android! Voted 5 stars on everything, it's just a nice idea, took me a while to figure out that you could jump after hitting the circles though. The webgl version runs fine but it misses inputs here and there, so to go forward with the levels I'm going to download the windows version, but I really enjoyed what I tried yesterday, before the deadline :)

Very fun idea easy to pick up and play, though can get a little repetitive but would be perfect for mobile games.
Only problem is that despite the fact its using 8x8 tiles it doesn't really feel all that limited as if the game would have been exactly the same without the limitation, not that its too much of a bad thing just feels a bit safe (unsure if that's the right word).
PS: LOVED the sound effects, super cute.
