Super Monkey Basketball's itch.io pageHow does your game fit the theme?
It's a game about 2 monkeys playing basketball while riding bikes. They can do a wheelie to block higher and influence the direction of their shot, so the bike isn't just an esthetic

Super creative, but the controls on browser felt a bit janky, and the scale didn't modify to screen size so it was really hard to see anything. Its very fun as a super janky, super light hearted sports game, i had a great time playing!
i like those kind of games :D
Incredibly ambitious for a 3 day game jam, and to have made as much of this as you did is wild. It isn't the tightest experience, but I appreciate the complexity and originality of what you made here, and that counts for a lot.
Thank you ahah, I sacrificed a bit of sleep to make it in time lol
Really fun and creative party game, but the jump on the browser version felt very unresponsive.
Such a goofy game, I love it!
Conor and Slam! Nice game, i liked it.
UH OH. Frantic and funny
This is peak party game energy, would love to see it with some other mini games and co-op, out of scope for the submission but you should be proud!
the AI scored more than I did, and somehow I won. I also found a way to make it unable to move. It's a nice idea and a fun mini game anyways, even if it wasn't in the intended way, I had a lot of fun breaking the AI
Instructions unclear, got stuck in the basket.
All jokes aside, it was a very stylish game. The main issue I had was understanding and following which of the characters I was in that glorious chaos.
I didn't think about that, it's true! I should have made it clearer. I'll keep that in mind for my next games / jams, thanks :)
Fun and simple. I think this would be lots of fun to play with friends given how chaotic it is- but obviously not doable for a gamejam.
Yes for sure, I first imagined the game as a multiplayer but in a gamejam it's not realistic ahah (at least as a solodev)
I think the AI did alot of the scoring for me, but other than that was easy to pick up and learn and knew what I was doing and it overall felt pretty solid for what it was. I liked it.
Thank you! Yeah the AI is pretty dumb ahah
