Very solid work! I can see the additional setting adding to the replay value of the game.
Thanks :D
I really wanted to get as much gameplay from a small amount as possible.
1 minute 50 seconds!
Fun to play, and really good color inversion transition! Well done!
Nice time, thanks for playing!
omg, you need to be very fast to advance in your game 😂
I liked the idea to freeze the surroundings.
surprisingly, I think it's the first game of the jam I'm tried in which you can do such things!
Thank you for playing, I hope you enjoyed!
I'm surprised it's the only one you've seen with time freezing, I'd have thought it would be a more common idea.
Fun little game! Great concept and all executed well. Particularly like the inversion effect while time is frozen- good work all round!
Glad you like the inversion effect, it took a bit to set up so happy it was worth it!
Fun game with a decent amount of challenge. Love the time freeze mechanic (and definitely relied on it to make it through the course haha). Good work!
Thanks for playing, glad you had fun!
Pretty good, a bit difficult but that might be due to me being impatient
Thank you for playing, Jack Frost! It's definitely designed to be replayed so you learn the ideal paths to avoid enemies.
The obstacle course was fun with different areas. I tried beating the game without checkpoints and freeze but gave up, the hallway with three cannons on each side makes it impossible. But I overall think it is a good, fun game!
Thanks for playing! I know it's possible without time-freeze, but I didn't attempt without both checkpoints and freeze. In theory it should be possible with some precise positioning though.
The time freeze mechanic is really fun! It's great that it recontextualizes the course obstacles. I like that it's limited, so you have to pick wisely at what point you will use it. Great tradeoff.
If you were to make more levels, you could add additional aspects to the time freeze mechanic, like maybe enemies behave in an opposite manner, or even rewind (those are just examples).
Glad you enjoyed! I was thinking of having an enemy that only moves during frozen-time, but I decided that it would be hard to make it clear with so few colours and such a small screen.
I had fun with it man! I was feeling trapped with all the cannon ball and the labyrinth experience.. I really enjoyed it!
good work! Try mine if you have time! ah that's my score!
Nice time, glad you had fun! I'll play yours on Monday once voting opens so I remember do that too.
