Description
For this Jam i made two songs:

- The Main Theme is the one i think would play in my game's menu, it's a happy song about running away from your problems, in your low-poly car, in a endless road with that round yellow sun and palm trees;

- The Ending Song is the one i think would play after you win the game, it's even happier, and i hope it would lift your spirits.

Message from the artist:
There's two songs, i hope you like them.

Theme:

Runaway

How does it fit the theme?
The songs i made make me feel nostalgic, And i think they would fit really well in a world where you could just run away from all your responsibilities in your Low-Poly Car in a Endless Road, gazing at that Big Yellow Sun passing trough all the palm trees.

I don't know how i should link two songs so i'll just post the link for both of them:

Love me some good synthwave! The ending song was so good, head-nodding goodness! Use of the Dorian mode is always a plus to me!

Synthwave ahoy! Yeah, this sounds great. Awesome mix on both tracks. Loved the percussion and synths in both of them. Definitely nailed the sound. My favourite was the ending song, because of all the lovely variation.

Nice syth with occasionally chiptune. I really like Ending song, especially incorporating rain sample and old gramophone record noice on beginning (and middle part) and 0:48-1:20 is superb... that omnipresent piano chords and the anticipation... very good job!

Yesss finally some synthwave. The mix is really "in your face" literally. I like the little details in the drums changing some part, the little punch line from time to time gives really nice dynamics. Really cool stuff !

Really, really enjoyed these, the finale especially. Love when it kicks up a gear about two minutes in. And there’s something so satisfying when drums just counting off the beat is timed just right.

Agreeing with this! When it takes off at the end… *chef’s kiss*

I really like this different take on the theme! I like the synths and everything!

Btw u can "link" songs together with playlists, and you can make the playlist an Album or EP, you can search that up on Google.

Not gonna lie I was instantly sold on your entry when I saw your cover art xD.... But let's get serious, The "run away from all your responsibilities in your Low-Poly Car in a Endless Road" perfectly described what I felt, good job with both tracks!

Synthwave was definitely an original take on the theme! I really like the build up on the main theme. Also big fan of the cover art 😉

I enjoyed listening to the second track, very fitting to your title "Keep running". Some nice synthwave vibes there.

Track 1: I immediately started head-bobbing, so if that's any indication, I quite liked this track. I loved the break, with that awesome 80's techno melody. Really cool stuff.

Track 2: I loved the dramatic start to this track, and I think even though this track is in minor, it does feel very empowered-- I would go so hard at the club XD

And wonderful inclusion of sound effects like rain, thunder, and radio crackling-- really added to the immersion!

I loved both of these tracks! My only advice is to avoid exact repetition of any given material when possible, unless the track is just meant to be looping. Otherwise, these were serious bangers full of energy and drive. Keep writing! Love it!
