Description
A man torn from a calm lifestyle to a path of violence and bloodshed as he seeks vengeance on those who wronged him. This track I consider to be a villain theme or a theme of an anti-hero for some sort of ARPG. This character is volatile and ruthless, but presents a welcoming and confident exterior to those around him. This track serves as a general leitmotif that can be used throughout cutscenes and combat encounters involving that character. Also would be great cinematic trailer material.

The track I would describe as orchestral electronic. I composed and mixed within Ableton and used ProTools for mastering.

Track cover is a Mandy film poster overlaid on an image of my own.

Theme:

Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
I took inspiration from the image by creating a more calm beginning with an icy atmosphere, and then the track becomes more violent and distorted.

I quite liked the beginning of the track with the low choir voices and the windbell sounds! Also the whole first section was very cool and atmospheric. The second section also has some very nice textures to it, but I thought it could use a tad more variation. But overall, it managed to capture the mood you were going for very well, nice job!

Wow, love this so much! The second part was kind of unexpected, and I loved the transition and the theme of the mallets. Although I think I would like more dynamics in the piano sound and more variation of the electronic sounds.

I love the bass in the second half!

That's very cinematic! Great track for a movie (with Nicolas Cage if I recognize your profile picture ^^)

This is awesome! I love the screaming sounds in the background, this has a really cool unique vibe to it that I'm really digging. The contrast between the distorted synths and the music box works really well!

Love the music composition, drones, dubsteps! Is that a male solo vocal / choir? Sounds really nice. The only thing I picked up is I wonder if it would sound nicer if you could add a bit more dynamic expressions on the piano ostinatos/arps.

Awesome track overall! Really love the transition from the calm piano to the dark theme.

Also two more things I love is your human faced bunny avatar image and is that Nic Cage in the song cover?

Ya lol, I'm kind of a fan of his strangeness. And I used the cover of the film poster for Mandy, which he starred in.

Very cool track here! I dig the timbres and feel of the music. Thank you for your work!

brilliant combination of sounds, definitely fits the theme with the industrial type stuff over orchestral instruments! The first 5 notes of the melody that come in around 0:59 are identical in note and rhythm to a phrase I've used in the past, so thats a plus for me haha!

The deep low electronic gives a nice contrast to the main melody. Because of the instrument you used for the melody, it is still ringing in my head even after listening, as if the villain is trying to get in my head haha. Overall, nice job!

Nice melody and interesting choice of that mallet percussion instrument. Feels almost comical compared to the evil shredding underneath and creates a great contrast. I also liked that you pick up the main melody again later with more ambient accompaniment.  Nice buildup!
