Description
Composed in Reaper, very inspired by the picture theme. Tried to capture what one would hear exploring those areas in, say, an open world RPG with fairly low fantasy aesthetics and too many dialogue options. <3

Theme:

Two Worlds
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
The first bit of gif inspired "Overworld:" a hopeful, jaunty, adventuring tune to explore some wild open terrain (and Skyrim your way up some sheer cliff faces). "Underworld" is it's gritty, reeling counterpart.

Very strong composition! I hoped Underworld would be a little darker than that but I still love both these tracks, perfect representation of the theme!

Wow, by far I think your tracks have one of the best mix qualities, so 5-stars on quality on that!! Great composition too. I love your super awesome use of guitars here along with some synth samples for the motors. And the sitar (oud?) on the Overworld is so clear! What library did you use if I may know?

Thank you so much! The melody line is the "Leftist Zither Marxophone" by Sam Ecoff! Pianobook has some serious gems.

Great job here! I enjoyed the sounds and timbres you captured, and everything was composed well. Thank you for your work!

Awesome work! Both pieces have a great energy and atmosphere. Especially loved the hammered dulcimer you used, just wondering what sample library it’s from?

No way, I actually downloaded that a couple of months ago but totally forgot haha. Yeah Pianobook is great

Wow, I love the way your instruments sound! Seems like it's live

Good job!

Oooh, these are two very fine tracks! Gotta be honest, the underworld theme to me sounds more like a tavern theme or something, but it's such a fun track that I don't want to complain about that too much. I also quite like how the somewhat blues-y end of the overworld theme hints at the underworld theme.

The one thing I think the tracks lack is just a tad more variation. Maybe mix up the instrumentation a little somewhere or add a few fancy chords here or there. But overall, really good job!

Hey! Someone else who interpreted the theme as overworld/underworld.

I love the melodies in both pieces. You could bring them out some more by dialing down the very lush rhythm section a little. Great work overall. You paint a very vivid picture!

A little too musically busy to be background themes in my opinion, but interesting nonetheless!

Chills. Overworld started out strong with a great melody, and a great blend of different string sounds and harmonies, but Underworld was outstanding. The very quick fakeout with a light strum into the hard drop of a truly awesome adventure sountrack. Very well done!

Absolutely Outstanding music! I really like percussion and full sound of mix. Amazing work!
