Too bad it's not complete. But at least I can see where the theme is implemented.
Fun concept ! definetly needed some more time to flesh it up but the core gameplay is there and the idea is fun. Good job on submiting :)
space as jump is not a great idea with fullscreen button disabled, since it scrolls the screen down a ton, just FYI
Strange game! I included it in my Palette Jam 2 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Yeah, extremely rushed too.
It's a good start, you've got good building blocks right there. Music and sound would help, I'd like to hear it when I'm breaking toys and kids hearts. :D
A decent start of a foundation that could lead to a lot more. The concept of breaking a child's toy begs the question of "what next"? Do the children run to their parents and you then have to evade the parents until they get tired? Do the children go into a blinding rage and chase you themselves with murderous intent? What greater purpose am I serving as a dude breaking kids toys? If there is no greater purpose than just being mean to kids then where's my mean-o-meter to tell me how awesome I am at being a meanie?
The premise is interesting and not commonly done, but it would definitely be interesting to see more come from the interactions you have in the game.
Interesting concept!
The level design though seems a bit unfinished since its pretty easy to just walk off a cliff and get softlocked.
I was being dumb and decided to work on it for only 3 days LOL
