Too bad breaking debris with kicks is so unreliable, otherwise it could give alternative gameplay.

That being said, kicking bombs to prevent them from bla... breaking you was fun indeed :D.

And simple touch in which kicked bombs explode earlier, adds some strategy depth.

Sorry, I can't play it; the web player overfills my screen and when I go to fullscreen mode, it won't scale down to match the web player's new size. My screen resolution is 1600x900 so you guys must have huge monitors. Quite disappointing because the design looks like a good idea.

Very cute graphics! This is an interesting take on the Bomberman gameplay. I had fun playing it, and the graphical work is absolutely top-notch.

The movement is somewhat awkward. It feels deliberate, though, and it does add to the challenge. It did feel maybe a little too smooth at times. Between that and the long timer between bomb spawn and explosion, the game feels somewhat ponderous. Maybe the main character could be a little easier to control and the timer shortened? That might be worth tinkering with.

That said, I liked this game. The core gameplay works well, and you've made good use of the limited palette.

Great graphics, neat game! I included it in my Palette Jam 2 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

The art and sound are excellent, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The pacing however is a bit too slow, it lacks a something more to do than wait for the bombs to explode and not die.

Thank you for the feed back everyone!

really pretty game, the player kicking down when you have *just* pressed right is kind of annoying tho, that's the main issue I had

This is a great game! Very bomberman-esque which is always a fun time.

The pacing of the game tends to not be ideal though. Its most just stand in one spot then wait awhile for the bombs to explode which gets very boring very quickly. When the bombs explode my ears just get blasted with sound effects which also tends to not be ideal.

The viewport rect of the browser version also was too big for my laptop screen so I had to artificially decrease it, would just be something you can probably tweak in the page settings to let more people play it.

The art is really good and really uses the limited palette well. The music though is very repetitive and gets a bit annoying after a bit.

Good game and great art! A tutorial level would have made it easier to understand the mechanics. It was hard to tell when a bomb is about to blow up if you aren't looking at it. A ticking sound effect or something similar would be helpful.

Lovely art! Smart color choice, and a fun idea to flip bomberman around into a defensive evasion game, However with all bombs dropping at the same time i find it hard sometimes to figure out where to go, Have you considered dropping them in a sequence, maybe near the player to avoid they stand in a corner for an entire wave?

The robot is cute. In general, the graphic is nice and the palette well used. The music is fitting the "into the deep mountain" story well. But it becomes repetitive very fast.

I think you could improve your gameplay by increasing the speed. It feels very slow and includes a lot of waiting. More speed could bring more fun ;-)

Controls could be a bit tigher with a faster game speed but overall this is pretty neat. Good fit for the theme and a bit like a solo survival bomberman. Good job
