I'm jealous of anyone who can make 3D games. Especially ones where you can explore. Super cool mechanic. I'd love to see a full world with this mechanic for exploration. Super sick entry. Well done! Also definitely the cutest DSD in the Jam ^_^
Thanks! This was my first go at 3D other than a short prototype. It's definitely a lot tougher in certain ways, but also easier in a few others.
That sword traversal felt great! I liked how you used the mechanic for traversal, combat, and puzzles. Cool use of a game jam to play around with a single gameplay idea!

Some of the most fun I've had in a long time, I felt like Noctis. I was really impressed with the bosses, they were really cleverly designed. I think this this would make a great VR game.
Wow, that's high praise! I never even thought about VR. I wonder if it could be pulled off without making people sick.
Yeah that might be a bit of a problem, lol. But a lot of VR games use teleporting to move instead of walking (which isn't as fun), but throwing your sword to teleport... that's just next level awesome!
These mechanics could be a great keystone to a great game one day. This is magic in the making.

Such an innovative teleport mechanic. This could be fleshed out into a full 18 hour campaign. I love a game that lets the player have total freedom over exploration. Really interesting environments and puzzles. Great character portraits as well.
P.S. I love the strength of Dark Schippie Dues in this game. I love that they can cut down the trees.
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I spent a lot of time fine tuning the teleport, and boss battles. So it means a lot to see people enjoy them.
I made a minor update that hopefully fixes the misaligned HUD elements in fullscreen resolutions higher than 1080p as seen in Kyle's stream of the game.
Really fun game, designed around its mechanics well, with multiple boss fights that are pretty fun.

Flying in this game is so fun. That boss fight tho…so worth it. These are the puzzles that I wish I did. Fantastic work on the whole game!

Very, very fun. Flying around is great, and I liked the puzzles that used the throw-teleport mechanic. Dope boss fight too.
Thank you! It's pretty tough making giant bosses in 3D I now realize. I take back any criticism for some of the Souls bosses lol.
The ability to fly in the game is really fun, especially in the starting area. I kind of want to restart just to mess with it more.
Thanks! I changed the intro from my initial design to allow more space to mess about with the warping.
This game requires a controller for now. I didn't get around to making mouse + keyboard controls unfortunately. There may also be issues with the Switch Pro controller.
