Loved the unique art-style of this game! Can't believe it was all hand drawn. Nice touch with the narration as well. Could really see this game be fleshed out a bit more. Great work!

Very cool art style! I definitely appreciate the hand drawn style a lot! Gameplay started getting a little tricky later on though, and the enemy hitboxes didn't feel really fair a lot of times, but still an enjoyable experience. Good job!
Hey this is pretty fun -- hand animation is fun (especially the jump) and the narration provides a good sense of progression that'd otherwise make the game feel same-y. Would be cool to see more enemies or block patterns.
Cool art style! Very unique :) The way the character shifted between the walking to the jumping states looked particularly good. The narration was quite heavy, and at times felt like it was holding the player's hand a bit, which some people probably like. We tend to prefer games that let you struggle and work it out yourself a bit more, but that just comes down to who your target audience is. The game looked fun to make, and was fun to play :)
Thank you, I really appreciate it! I did have a lot of fun making it and I'm glad that translated :)
Yeah I think you might have a point about the narration, I was a little too concerned with people getting lost while playing. I think the next iteration will be a little more hands-off with the guiding text. I think part of it was just me wanting the experience of creating my own font lol
Very unique art style, it looks all hand drawn! The game and its visuals are so weird (in a good way) and fit the horror theme. Nice one!
Really original art style! Good sounds!
Maybe I would put parallax in the background. When you fall and there is no boxes it doesn't seem that you are falling because nothing is moving.
Nice game to play :-) I love those kind of graphic -> so 5 on Aesthetics is yours!
Animation of jumping is my favorite :D
Thanks for your game!
Hope you will try our too ;-)
This was really nice, actually spooked me once with the death sound. The platforming controls were solid but the hitboxes were unforgiving, good mix between rage game and spooks, well done!
I really like the art style, like it was hand drawn or sth? and also the animations are really neat :)
I love the character design in this game! He(maybe she?) is so cute!!! The sound affect when he/she jumps is so adorable!! Want to see more about this character!
It was fun, interesting to look at, and the sound was chosen well. I'm still not sure what I was or what I was doing, but I enjoyed it. I eventually got to a point where I was just falling for a minute straight, and my character started flapping its arms like a bird... that's when I gave up, since getting there had been tough, but I would definitely play it again.
I'm glad you liked it, thank you!
Yeah I went for a bit of an abstract style. In that last scene you were supposed to fall until just before the heartbeat timer goes out and you're taken to the final screen right before you die, but honestly I could have communicated that better. Really appreciate the feedback!
Oh! Ha! Dang it, if I had just been a bit more patient. Some kind of text like the rest that appears throughout the game would have been good, because I felt like I was falling forever, but there was no more motion of things around me as a visual indicator that that's what was supposed to be happening. I did like it a lot, though, and now I wish I'd hung on a second longer!
Art and animation were very striking. Loved the way it looked. Platforming felt good too. I would say make the hitboxes a bit tighter on the player. I felt that there were times I was unfairly killed when it didn't look like I was anywhere close to a spike.
