This game reminds me of the hunting mini-game in The Oregon Trail, except you are the prey! The minimalistic graphics somehow make the game scarier than it should be. Those red eyes, the dead or possessed prey coming to life and chasing you.... This game is gonna give me nightmares for sure.

To be honest you had a good set up there making me think I was going to be hunting people or something. Honestly shocked at the dad blowing up.

Some cool narrative design and story set up. The music during the hunt was a little too loud for my tastes compared to the rest of the audio, and unfortunately I did not have the perseverance or dexterity to survive the hunt. Nice job with the simple sprites and presentation overall.

Aiming the gun was a pain but the story was really intriguing , enjoyed playing it.

I liked the plot and musical accompaniment in this game, the graphics are reminiscent of the five nights of Freddy mini-games. Of the minuses, only very slow cut scenes.

Awesome, I really love the aesthetic and the intro! It was definitely tough, but so were the games of that era, so it's honestly pretty appropriate. Great job!

Man, I like this game.  I like the lo-fi style, colors, and simple story.  I wish I could beat it to see what happens!  I'll have to circle back to this one and try again!

Surprisingly hard to beat. Or maybe I just suck :P But I got it in the end and I think despite the short ending it was rather fun way to end it!

You should definitely consider expanding this in a way or another after the game jam, it was really well put together and there were some animations that made me really wish there was more to it. Also ye the music was also really nice, fitting too, it gave the fight the right feeling of survival horror. I did manage to glitch the music after dying once and restarting. I think the death-screen song started playing on top of the cutscene after restarting, nothing major but it made the fight that more challenging and a bit disturbing as two songs were playing on top of each other lol 

No but for real, good work ^^ Hope you continue development, sucks to hear you couldn't use as much time as you wanted.
