I love the concept and style of it so much, and the environmental storytelling is really well done. The shooting mechanic is interesting and fits the story perfectly.

This is a small but artful game with a unique biopunk style and an intriguing story set in space. I appreciated the elegant storytelling, which left room for thought, and the atmospheric music, though it was subtle. While gameplay could use more variety, it effectively serves the narrative. Thank you for this captivating experience!

Really cool. Reminded me of an amusement park ghost train where you get to shoot stuff. Not too difficult either which is good.

visually I loved it, plus this kind of game reminds me of classics like ‘The house of the dead’ that I love, the only negative thing to note is that I shot where the enemy was and I was killed by shooting at a wall (I imagine it has to do with the collisions) and this was repeated several times, I hope it only happened to me

Liked the aesthetics of the game. Reminds me of ps1 games era!

Interesting mechanic as well of being on rail and just shooting, like those sega shooter games!

Good job!

i really loved this one! regularly added new elements, the story bits in between were great and even with such few elements you managed to make every level feel distinct using the pacing and placement of entities. the post processing on the whole thing was also really cool looking and very much fit the theme. something about the story and look of the 3d reminded me of very early ps2 horror games and horror adjacent titles like devil may cry. i think this might be my favorite ones i've played so far in the jam, really great job!

i will say though, don't use a raw exe when you upload your game. it will usually get marked as a virus by windows which will stop a lot of people from taking a chance on downloading and trying it. that would be a shame cause this really is great

Damn it, I thought a single .exe would be cleaner than the usual .zip with several files on it. Anyways, thanks for the positive review!

ME TOO! and then i got reports from people saying it was getting marked as a virus cause windows is junk! i was like 'oh yuh know there's no reason i can't just put the pck file inside the exe' but apparently it's a known issue with godot (not sure if that's what you used here) that that sometimes gets flagged. either way though good luck!

Good job, I wish their was a visual indicator to help players know when to shoot though.

You can shoot anytime you want, what leads to the "lost in space" game over is missing and hitting one of the spaceship's walls.
