Great work! I like the unique aesthetics, the clown was pretty scary for me lol.

It looks like some kind of lost cursed game in a good way) well, of course it needs to be improved, and the fact that you did it on custom engine is very impressive!

Although the game has some minor issues, I still managed to complete it. The sound effects and art style are very unique, and the design of the ending, which brings you back to the starting point, is quite interesting.

Which are the minor issues? I would love some feedback

Submitted

Sometimes, when controlling a character, things can get out of hand.

It's really impressive you made this on your own custom engine! I liked the monster design and the sound it makes. To be honest, the gameplay and art weren't that great. A checkpoint after the computer minigame would've been nice.

I think it's a nice little game that definitly has some potenntial. I like that transition from the mini game back to the room. And that fact that you made this with a custom engine is very impressive!

To be honest to you. This is the weirdest game i ever played in my entire life.I don't really know that story well but all i know i got to get out from the house. But when i press the wrong door jumpscare comes.IF the jumpscare were faster it will be scarier but it was good. i liked the idea that you made a smooth transition from the beginning to the end of the game but everything else was confusing especially after entering the compouter screen.I respect that you made a custom engine for the game. But i was so confused from the beginning to the end.But i'm sorry for me it wasn't that scary but rather confusing.

Developer

Of course its confusing if you dont read the description

Submitted

Ok sorry that i didn't read the description but your game concept is bit weird now that you mention the clicking of the door and the fast reaction maybe it's not my type of game to play but i was talking about the story concept.

Submitted

not entirely sure what's going on story-wise, I also don't have fast enough reaction time

It's cool you built this engine by yourself! I hope you can make a more detailed version of this in the future.

Developer

Thanks!

I had a great time watching your game on that live stream and playing it myself😁

It was like arthouse film)) was interesting!

Submitted(+1)

Interesting original idea. Is there any way to make the game fullscreen?

Developer

no. Unfortunately not.

I was not expecting the computer to launch into a minigame lol. I am intruiged that you have a custom engine for this, that's neat! You may have benefitted from focusing more on gameplay and graphics, which for what you were going for, I see why the rooms perspectives were off (it's called The Clown House afterall) but it was a bit odd in practice.
