Amazing game!
Cool concept and well polished game, had fun !
really love the vibe of your game! it comes together really nicely and feels like a strong foundation!! one thing I'd recommend is either removing the border around the button choices, or allow them to be selectable as buttons with left click (or right/left arrows as you have now.
I ended up left clicking "Mage" because it "worked" before (really, the option I chose was just the left one!) and then was disappointed to find I was an archer. It makes sense now but just felt a little unintuitive at the time. great work in the timeframe!
Cute little story game ! Art and music fits really well with the game. Would've loved to see more RPG mechanics implemented like stats, but i understand that with the short time limitation it is really hard to implement it in time. Overall really well done !
Loved this entry, the art style and animations were great and the background music fit perfectly. I loved the simplicity of the controls and combat. I hope you will expand on it as the adventure was quite short, I think you could tell a lot of interesting stories with this format :)
Art was great, the music fit well and it was an awesome story!
Wow, the art style of this game is incredible, and the main mechanic is very well implemented. I considered doing something like this, but I ended up making a dating game, haha.
very nice game art!
Very cool little adventure. I really enjoyed the text reading like a story book. And the dice mechanic made for nice and simple but fun gameplay! I learned something very important from fighting the dragon. Next time i play skyrim i need to go into boss fights with 1000 health potions lol
I really enjoyed the art and music, I fought one boss and got straight to the dragon on my first run oddly enough. During the battle I learned shields are overpowered, they protect me from the dragon's turn while being able to regen health. In other words, I shielded over and over while attacking to beat the dragon. I enjoyed the game :)
Art and music are amazing. However, Ifought a boss (I think it was Mia), defeated her but immediately the big dragon came and I was helpless.
That was one tough dragon!
I like the art style and the page dissolve effect at the beginning, it perfectly sets the tone.
The combat system was a bit confusing in the first three rounds, but everything clicked once I noticed how the character and dragon colors connected.
Great work mate!
Dragon is strong and very badly scaled for sure , ya should have added tutorial for sure
A tutorial would be good but I like the feeling of learning it through trial and mistake
Really good game, i would love to see this expanded upon! Absolutely cooked that dragon, no hit run. Combat is pretty good, could use more spice like having 3 or 4 actions and more dice and more enemy attacks per turn and such but solid foundation for 3 days. The art is great! The writing isnt extraordinary but it explains the story good enough, although it could describe better what the actions do since i kinda have no idea what i was picking other than that assassin gave block and cannon was good.
thanks , yes ! i plan to work on it in future . love the project myself . yup story need to be improved at least 100x , and more explantion . Thanks for trying .
i was going for this mystical vibe , same as life you don't know what your decisions bring for you .
i dunno i just like when games show hard stats so i can compare options
well you really discovered some talent for drawing, all the characters are super cute, the transitions are slick and it feels like a real book. the music is very fitting
I found the combat confusing, it’s a lot and shallow at the same time - that can be confusing, not really sure how to improve on that front.
the only other point would be to add some sounds.
specially appreciate the no longer flashbang page : P
Thanks to you , ppl wont get flash bangs
