Nice game! The artwork is really great, there's a lot of nice little details like the scrolling background, screen-shake, and different enemy types. Shooting the goblins with the machine gun is very satisfying!
I do wish it communicated with the player a bit more e.g have some on-screen text that tells you the backstory, tells when an enemy wave is completed and tells you your goal - I enjoyed the gameplay but wasn't always sure what I was doing or why. Its unfortunate that there was no music as that would have really helped to tie it all together. A very good entry overall!
Thanks Theo! We were planning to update the game sometime in the near future, and the feedback from the comments really help us in knowing what we should work on. I already have a bit of backstory done but nothing else yet, i will be sure to keep your comment in mind when working on the rest of the update! :D
I do not understand "pinkanvil" who finished it on its first attempt, I struggle from the second level me :), good game, good gameplay, good mastery :)
I really liked how intense the game is from the gameplay and feedback you added.
Maybe add a indication on when the plant is grown? Was unsure where to go after the plant was grown in the first level.
Thanks for your feedback! We sadly didnt have enough time to add an indication on when the plant is fully grown. However we have come up with a few ways to fix this in the next update, so you can look forward to it!
Nice game. I beat it with my first try, so perhaps it would be a bit more challenging if the goblins could attack from both sides? Still very enjoyable as it is!

This game is brutally hard at first but I’m glad I persevered. The final level is such a satisfying reward. Awesome!
Shooting pesky varmint goblins? Now that sounds like fun! The amounts of little polish put in like pressing the menu effects, the parallax in the backgrounds, the juicy way you kill the goblins are very nice and well appreciated. When booting up the game, the SFX were on the louder side, so I had to turn it down to a agreeable level. Overall, a fun little romp, very well done!
(and it's okay that you didn't have time for music, our game has music but no sound effects, so pick your poison I suppose)

Why is all MacOS apps telling me that they are broken when I try to open them?! I want to play this game!
Hmm, this mac build works with my machine so maybe it could be a problem with the mac anti virus not letting you open unknown apps. Just it case it was the build's fault though, I made sure to re-upload it!
