I had fun with this one! I do have a few notes though.
I found that precise movement was a little tough to pull off. I found a few times I would get stuck on walls and in gaps, so I would've liked it if the player character were constrained to the tiles it could move on.
I also thought the UI could've used some work, but that is a very minor note.
However, the core idea is well executed. I thought the AI was fun to mess around with, it was just smart enough to be intimidating but fun to trick by getting them around corners.

It's an actually interesting game that requires logical thinking. The concept is also creative. Unfortunately, I got stuck in the 2nd level and pressing Enter does nothing.

Hi. Nice graphics! At first I clicked and nothing happened on smoke, but recharged the explorer and then it ran. Good work!
Thanks for playing! It sometimes requires to reach an exact position to trigger the switch, which is weird. I will look into it later.
Great little game, especially for your first! One thing I'd change up a bit is the movement. Sometimes I got stuck between tiles. Maybe a discrete, one move one tile would be better suited.

Very cool simplistic graphic style, really nostalgic gameboy feel.
The greyscale graphics bring a nice take on the approach. Ran into a bug where the people with the flashlights kept spinning back and forth with out a way of being able to capture them on the last level.
