Nice game with a cute artstyle. Really liked the enemies and I think their AI was nicely done. Could use some more polish in how the player movement feels.

Overall great job, especially for a first game jam.

Why am I a caterpillar with a gun? :D cute little game

I don't know how to use my gun, so I jumped and jumped all the way. The puzzle in the second level is quite clever, but overall the level design is a bit monotonous. You done a good job anyway.

I was wondering  what the gun was for... and then I met the bee lol! Pretty cool game. ^ ^

The enemy mechanics were very cool and interesting with you being able to shoot the bees projectiles and the beetle enemies giving you a super jump. A parallax effect in the background could be nice but otherwise very cool game.

Okay, here's my feedback Caterpillar:

• The art is decent, especially the jump animation is pretty funny.
• The checkpoints are great, they work and there are plenty of them. Though, I think one of them was floating high up in the air in one of the first level.
• The enemies and attacks are not explained at all. You could use level design to explain the jump attack on the blue enemies and the shoot attack on the bee's.
• The butterfly endpoint doesn't look inviting. I shoot at it everytime, thinking that it is an enemy.
• After quite a few levels I think the game was finished, because it just stayed on the level completed screen. However, you should probably make it more clear when the game is finished.
• The level completed screen takes way too long, should really be one second max.
• The music gets annoying quite quickly.
• The level select button doesn't work.

Fun Game  , I really like the art , especially the butterfly at the end !

Everyone gangsta until you give a caterpillar a hand gun. Pretty fun game and interesting idea, I wish there was more to see how far this idea could be pushed but overall well done!

I just played as a caterpillar with a handgun killing some angry bees for finding my butterflie friend that is something i thought i would never say and for my surprise it was funnier than i thought good job

Cool plat-former.  I like that when you jump on the beetles they launch you up in the air.  I wondered for a bit when you use the gun haha, then i blasted the bee.  Great job submitting a game~ Please check out my browser game when you can.
