Great game, very simple and satisfying mechanics, it makes me wish there were some kind of arcade or high score mode!

There's not much I can add other than I really enjoyed this game. Great work.
Pretty fun idea, i think the game would be better off having more nervous movements though.
The only issue i got was sometimes Sam didn't really dash my way and i pretty much had to wait a little bit before doing anything else. but yeah the overall idea is pretty neet and I think if you guys explore that idea a little more you could defenitely create an entire game around it.
Yeah, we had tried to make it so that based on where SAM was, there was a general radius of where he could dash, and thus while running around dealing with Shadows, the player had to keep that in mind. Gameplay that has the possibility of not combo dashing, but the rewarding system of combo dashing for creating bright lights and (we had even planned for) larger explosions and dynamic music. We'll look at new ways we can polish the combo dash like that, and SAM's dash in particular, though! Thank you for the feedback!
I had a great time with this. It can become repetitive, but the dialogues keep you engaged.

it was cool but the gameplay itself was a bit boring and... (this might just be me but) confusing. I couldn't tell if anything I was doing killed any of the 'shadows'. the visuals, dialogue and sounds were cool though.
nice game, really enjoyed the dialogue part of the game, music and art are amazing too. i didn’t really like the gameplay though, wish it was faster, more juicy and more challenging, but it was still a nice time spent!
great game! dialogue/characters were quite funny aswell! movement was kind of floaty though, which doesnt really fit this kindof game, Sam also acts a bit slow/doesnt act for long enough, so it makes missing the deadline and doing a weak dash really easy, Mirai could also do with a few Iframes, other than that, game has HUGE potential!
Thank you so much for taking the time to write some detailed feedback! Yeah, the floatiness you're feeling was most likely due to the Force stuff we added in Unity to make the intended part which was the character bounce off of enemies after getting hit. We didn't really know too much about how to deal with its aftereffects, sorry. xD We can definitely look into tweaking and testing what will make the gameplay the most satisfying and fun to play though. Your game also was magnificent! Your art and art direction especially stood out and was very unique. :3
Really fun! The funny dialogue kept me going after many deaths.
