Really liked this game, it was a surprise!
I had a little problem about having enough bullets though. They are kinda weak in comparison of the amount you have and it lacks music except for the good SFX.
thank u
Fun game! I think the upgrade menu pausing the game hurt the pacing. I also think that there could have been some more ammo because I ran out pretty quickly. The enemies were a little easy to dodge, which gave far too little challenge, so I think that could have made the game a lot more fun. There was a decent amount of juice with the combat, so you did a good job with that. Nice game!
Solid entry! The graphics are a bit lacking, but I value that you bothered making juicy animations that complement nicely with the popping sound effects.
My main concern with the game is the pacing. Ammunition is too scarce. I found myself running in circles waiting for the AI to drop me some bullets.
The upgrade menu pausing the game is also negatively affecting the pacing. I think your game would work better with a wave system. The player could upgrade between waves.
Overall, great game! I believe the concept is solid, and it's definitely on topic. I enjoyed playing it.
Congratulations on your submission!
Love the minimalistic art and the clean and super juicy UI! Our games are very similar, I would love your feedback on what I can improve onFrogue Legacy! I liked your take on the genre and I am a huge fan of your upgrade menu!
At first it was a bit long to reach the first upgrade but I had fun! Maybe the enemys are too easy to avoid. I like the art and sound :)
thank u
I will do better in the future
Fun game, good sound design like it.But its too loud, maybe make sounds a bit lower.
Where is no end right? But because of non challenging gameplay,it became meaningless, just run forever and shoot.
Maybe add some sort of threat progression - new types of enemies, new types of weapons or some sort of mini bosses.
Hope this helps)
I agree with your opinion
Enemies don't pose enough threat to make the game pointless
I should spend more time on this
Thank you for playing my game and giving your valuable feedback
Funny Little Game! It feels fluid to play, but you run out of ammo too quickly IMO.
haha
thanks for playing my game
The ammo is really low, but I will improve it
Fun little game ! Good job !
Well done :)
thank u
Good work
Nice entry!
Satisfying gun play and well sound design! Gj! 😎
thank u
Fun gameplay, satisfying audio, and good use of the theme. I think that enemies should drop a little more upgrade money, but other than that it was a cool game!
thank u
Loved the game, especially the sound design! The magazine system and that you can switch through it with RMB was a bit confusing at the start! Sword/Gun switching when the shield is up is a good combination though, although the sword felt a bit too weak.
Thank you for liking my game
I want to design knives as high-risk high reward weapons knives can do aoe damage
Once you have a shield and a hamburger, you can dash into the enemy circle and deal a lot of damage in an instant
Got to 1200 and stopped playing, but I probably could've gone forever. The graphics and animations work well, but the gameplay needs a lot of work. The enemies are a non-threat, and I spent a lot of time just lapping circles around them waiting for ammo - there was never a need to purchase an upgrade. In my opinion, there should be unlimited ammo and just give the enemies more health and speed; keep the action up!
Thank you for your feedback, the threat of the enemy is really too small, this is one of the biggest problems with this game, but you can use the "q" key to switch to melee weapons after running out of bullets. Obviously, the guidance in this area is not good.
Very nice shooting animation, felt smooth. Was fun but it did take a while for me to get my first upgrade, like 5 minutes lol
Thanks for playing my game
The difficulty curve is really a big problem because I'm stuck with some technical issues so I didn't spend time on the numbers but I'll keep trying
Sound design is great, I love the gameplay. I ran out of ammo and the AI never made me more :( I even upgraded my ammo and it did nothing. Overall though really fun, good work!
Thanks for playing my game
The difficulty of the early game is really too high and the ammunition is too low
But you can press "q" to switch to melee weapons but I'm so bad at channeling that many people don't know about it, I'll pay attention next time
really simple and fun game, sounds were really nice just felt like it needed a little music. great job on this one!
thanks for playing my game lol
Really fun game, shooting enemies felt really nice, but once I ran out of ammo, everything just went super quiet and I couldn't seem to get back any. Other than that tho, great game!
Thank you for liking my game. The bullets are indeed a bit small, but you can switch to melee weapons by pressing q. However, swinging requires physical strength and it is easy to be dangerous without a shield. In fact, using melee combat can attack multiple at the same time if you have a shield You can dash into the enemy's encirclement and deal a lot of damage
Looks good but I don't like how robot seems to just make random powerups.
Would be cool if it had more complex decision making behind. Like more ammo if I use pistol, shields and knife boos if I use knife, HP recovery and laser if I stop attacking for a while and so on.
Your proposal is very good. Actually, I am going to add an upgrade mechanism that allows the player to control the robot part of the random support, allowing the player to gradually form his own style of play, but the time is limited and I did not try to do this.
Really good concept and sound design!
I love you love it
