Love this game! How do I say a prayer in the temple for the extra smut?

Thanks so much!

Thanks for your response! Wow, that's much clearer text! I was using Chrome, and my screen resolution was "Default for display" (idk that's what it says under screen resolution in settings). I'm using a MacBook Pro 2013 if that makes any difference.

Thanks so much for playing and commenting!

I love this idea (and the music) but this game wasn't the most accessible to me. I think it's a me issue though—I don't have a lot of command line (is that what it's called?) experience so the commands were confusing—though I did figure it out for the most part. For some reason I found physically reading the text to be difficult. Is blurry for everyone? Is that on purpose?

Is it my screen? Is it my eyeballs? Anyway, I'm sure this is a pretty rad game, I just couldn't get into it, which is  a skill issue on my end. Do I poke around the different folders? Am I supposed to be doing something else/more?

This was an intriguing story! The sound design was just top notch, and the art was super atmospheric. I sorta wish there were choices, even fake ones (don't change the outcome of the story), to add to the dire-ness of the situation. But this was also chilling enough as is.

This is super cute! Almost meditative in how calming it is. I really enjoyed the balcony one, and wished that the text changes if you went back to things or in a different order. But that aside, I enjoyed playing this short and sweet game.

This is beautifully designed, and i love the idea of the city itself as a living organism. It is also extremely polished—just goes to show your prowess as a designer. Overall, this game is fantastic!

Thank you!

Ah poop, I think I misinterpreted that question then. It's my first time doing InkJam and using Ink, but I've made games before.

Okay, this was so fucking good. It took me a second to really get into it, but once I was there, it totally swept me away. Brilliant use of language and decision-making. Looking forward more chapters!

I absolutely adored this. Great sinister and playful energy, with a unique voice and delivery. Well done!

Ahh I'm using safari, which is also making some of the other games look a little wonky.

It worked in Chrome! Thanks. It's a super cute game—glad I got to play DND with Richard.

Thank you! That means a lot to me.

I really liked the narrative syphoning (flirting, flirting - second option, did I mention flirting?), and the really playful/sassy tone of the narrator. Well done!

Nice story! The ShutterStock watermarks were a little distracting, but I liked the causal cannibalism (lol) and the overarching naturalist theme of the ritual.

Oh I love this. Great use of the loops to create its own rhythm. It was repetitive (but that's sorta the point?) and I was entranced by the narrative that slowly revealed itself as I played on. Very nice work!

It could totally be my system. I'm playing on a 2013 MacBook Pro, in the Safari browser. Let me try it in Chrome later tonight and see if that changes anything.

Thank you! And yeah, I totally agree that more batches would have been better.

I think it may have been glitching for me? I would select a character and then wouldn't be able to do anything else. That said, I really loved the music!

This was actually really sweet. I liked how all the characters were struggling in their own way, and you could see their process either way. Was it a stylistic choice to have the text be barely visible in the dark theme?

Gotta say, T.S. Eliot always gives me chills. Have you heard him reading the poem? When the line "Come in under the shadow of this red rock" I definitely heard his voice. Needless to say I really enjoyed this! Short, poignant vignettes form a cohesive tone/feeling. Well done!

I was at first really off-put by the large block of text, but I enjoyed the RPG-esque style of this game. Is it really just luck, or did player choice have any impact on the ending? My whole party died but me in the end :(

Nice story! I liked being able to look back or take steps forward. The plot did confuse me a little bit though, even after playing it twice I'm still not sure what happened.

I really loved this. The story drew me in immediately, and some of the questions made me wonder: Do I really want to know? Super captivating premise. I sorta wanted there to be a way to give the monster my name.

This is really neat! It took me a second to figure out the mechanic, but reading the description helped. I was pretty captivated. Really interesting take, and intriguing writing!

Nice game! I liked the different perspectives. I don't know why my browser made it look so different than the screenshots you posted?

This is a super cute interview game! I liked how there's different names each time you restart. Might use this for quick character gen next time I'm playing a TTRPG one-shot!

Love this concept! Very intriguing and open ended. Thanks for sharing.

Very lovely poem! Thanks for sharing.
