Hey there, thanks for the feedback, Making destroy a different control such as a right click action is something I will take into account for later. As for the ruins suggestion, I just thought blowing things up would be a funny way to end things without too much work, given this was put together in a week. If I do come back to this project at any time, I'll remember that idea though!

Good lord XD. I figured out a half decent optimized method when testing, but it only got me to around 2500, so that's an insane number to hear! Glad you enjoyed playing!

Thank you!

Good to know, I'll keep that in mind for next time. Thanks for your feedback!

Hey there, thanks for letting me know about the UI issue! I haven't seen anything else on that yet, and will look into it for future projects, I doubt it's a skill issue though!

Small but fun, kind of like a microgame. Was the upside-down level supposed to let you float?

I had a few people run through it to test balance, however in all fairness, they were not trying to get through the whole list of games in the jam, so they had more time to spare for this. The game was balance tested a few times to keep it from progressing too fast, however I didn't consider game length for people who may not want to stick around for that long, which I'm now seeing quite a bit!

Thanks for the feedback, I will be taking this into account more for future game projects!

Nope, just a generic Razer Naga Trinity mouse. This game also seems to be the only first-person game that I've played here so far that has this problem...

Woah, block building in a shooter?!?!? This is a really cool concept! I like how the visual style all fits, and the mechanics feel well balanced, but I should mention as well that the difficulty was rather high, and when I de-focused the game window once the mouse would never re-lock into the window, making it hard to aim unfortunately! Nice work with this one though, keep it up!

That was an interesting take on a city builder! I liked the pixel art style for it, though I do wish the tiles were bigger so I could tell a bit more what was what, but it works either way. Nice job!

Wow, ship sailing in a week? That's impressive. This was cool to experience, and I enjoyed playing that, however I had an issue with the camera randomly flipping directions that made it harder to actually play for too long. Keep up the good work though, this was cool to see!

I was not expecting bird platforming, that was fun! This was a pretty cool game, and having so many destructible items around was fun to mess with, however I did run into an issue with the game stuttering a lot, so you might be reaching the limit of what HTML5 can handle! Nice work so far though!

I like the idea, but the cubes slide too much to actually be able to effectively pull it all off. A drop button might help with that! Nice work with all this though!

Scoring system aside, everything else here seems to be pretty solid. It isn't too complicated, but for something made in a week, it doesn't have to be, so that's pretty good stuff. I also really like your storm effect, it's pretty nice.

Took some time to figure this one out, but it was pretty interesting to play, I liked that. Nice work!

Surprisingly difficult for me, probably just a skill issue. I did enjoy it though, and it was rather humourous to talk to some of the people. Good work with this one!

Yeah, waiting 30 minutes for the game to end isn't something everyone has the time or interest to wait for I'm now realizing. Thanks for the suggestion though, I will keep that in mind for next time!

Understandable, I had to cut out a tutorial due to time constraints, and I also did not consider making a way to speed things up for people who aren't interested in sticking around for 30 minutes. Thank you for the feedback!

If you do make it to the end of a city at some point, feel free to share your score with me here, I'm looking to see how well people do on average!

That is fair, the full game length is about 30 minutes, which is good for the people who want to actually build a larger city or mess around for a while without things getting reset, however, I now understand not everyone is interested in waiting 30 minutes to see the world end, so thank you for your feedback!

Level 1: Nice, peaceful, easy
Level 2: DEATH

I'm not sure if there's anything past that, but yeah, that about sums up the theme of this game jam pretty well.

Well, I definitely wasn't expecting to just suddenly get boss rushed by zeus, that's for sure. This game's pretty simple, but it fits the theme pretty well, so nice work!

Hey there! This was a neat little platformer, and I think your combat system was pretty good, however the enemies that fell from the sky could land on your head, and you would take damage but be unable to hurt them if they did, so that was a bit of a problem! Overall though, nice work with this one!

This is really good! I will admit that I spent an unnecessary amount of time playing this, and enjoyed it quite a bit despite running into a few bugs. My only point of contention with it was that the storm phase of each round could randomly kill your trees even if they started at full health, which felt like an unreasonable punishment for surviving the round, but it didn't happen very often, so I'm not too disappointed with that. Great work, and good job creating such a unique tower defense game!

This game actually didn't load the first few times I launched it, and then when it finally did it wasn't scaled correctly to the screen! Aside from the technical issues, this game was pretty well put together for the week, and it has a very nice atmosphere! Keep up the good work!

Nice game! I liked the unique controls, and had a good time taking out the enemy ships. My only real feedback would be to have an auto shoot upgrade, because my hand got tired clicking so much! Nice work on this one!

Woah, I actually wasn't expecting to leave the game there! Nice work, this was an interesting one!

The progression feels a little slow, but I enjoyed playing it! I think the biggest thing I have that's a problem is that it doesn't seem like the tree building really has any use because early game it costs too much to waste the money on, but late game it doesn't have any value as the weather tower buildings do the same thing but better. It is cool that you could have multiple island types to start with though!

Also, since we have similar games, you should try out my city builder!

This is very interesting. It's definitely not much of a game, but it has a very solid setting and tone that it creates. It's like a snapshot into a bigger project, and if you do use the mechanics you've built here in something later, I think you'll have something big! Nice work.

Thanks for the feedback! If you make it to the end, let me know what your final score is. I'd love to see how well people can do!

Thanks for the feedback! Due to a lack of time, a number of things relating to additional feedback & signifiers were unfortunately cut. With this feedback in mind, I will try to prioritize that higher next time!

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, it was a limitation of jam time that meant I didn't get to finish implementing visual feedback, however with that input I will prioritize that higher next time! Thanks again!

This game doesn't seem to have a tutorial, and it isn't clear what anything in the game does, so I don't actually know what's going on here! It looks interesting, but without any clue what's going on, it's hard to judge the game fairly...

The camera movement makes it quite hard to see what's going on sometimes, however I think the game was interesting to play, and had some unique puzzle mechanics! Nice work!

Clean and simple! This game doesn't have too much going on, and that's definitely a good thing here, as it makes it easy to read what's going on. At the same time, the weather and difficulty progression keep it from just feeling repetitive, so very good job with making it all stick together so well!

My only question with the game is... How does the paper boat stay afloat in such heavy rain!?!?

Awesome game! The time slow mechanic was pretty cool, and I really liked how I had to move around the map and collect those items while surviving the constant waves of spiders, it made it feel less repetitive. I think my only problem with the game is that I'm pretty sure I died after collecting the final item, because the game just froze there and it seemed like a crash. Otherwise though, very impressive!

Visually one of the best games I've seen so far this jam, this game looks really good! Gameplay wise, it ends up being too difficult to actually defend the lady when your shield doesn't come back to you! I feel like with some tweaks this could be absolutely the best game, so great job making this within the week!

The attack unfortunately only seemed to work sometimes, so maybe add some UI for that if there's a cooldown, but otherwise, that was a pretty solid game! Having meditation act as your restoration system between waves is a neat idea too!

Glad you enjoyed it, and that you were able to get it to work!

That was pretty interesting. I liked having to manage both the tourists and gathering resources, however, the dinosaurs weren't really much of a threat, so I feel like they could have done more here. When you win it just kind of ends, so my main suggestion would really be to add an ending cutscene where you escape, and get to watch the meteor storm roll in while the time machine warps out. Overall, nice work with this game!

Oh no... a physics game.

Haha, to be fair, I suck at these, but this was interesting to try. Nice work with incorporating the theme too. I think my main issue was that punching down fences didn't always seem to work, but otherwise everything seems to be pretty solid!
