I loved this game!

The art-style and the idea is very cute! In the first level the cat falls from the table if I shrink it and then it doesn't get back on the table if I grow it again. That means I essentially lose the interaction of where I place the cat very early on and then I just watch the tower defense?  But it did look and feel very nice!

really cool and fun idea! I sort of wish there were a bit more time to really think about/ mess around with my build but I also get that the time limit is a big part of the fun. I am curious whether having more legs/ feet makes my kicks stronger?

Really cool idea and super on theme! As other comments mentioned the walking speed was way too slow, but overall a really cool project!

This was a funky twist on tower building! I really enjoyed playing around with the physics and trying to push my tower to its limits!

OMG of course! I mean it did achieve that effect for me so good job! I love that and I am low-key embarrassed I didn't get it before. Squank!

This is a very cute and creative clicker game! It was indeed very relaxing to play.

Very cute Ant and art in general. I wasn't too sure what the goal was but I had a great time making fruit explode and carrying a giant sandwich around! Occasionally the physics were a bit off (especially regarding the giant sandwich) and sometimes I couldn't see my ant behind some picnic stuff but I thought that added to the quirkiness.

Hilarious idea! The concept and the artwork are amazing! I also found the game quite hard, but I imagine that it would be difficult for an ant to use a gun so that checks out.

This game feels so polished , it's really cool! The artwork is especially adorable. My only complaint is that I struggled to use X as the shrink button while also using WASD to move around (my fingers just don't work that way).  Other than that it's a super fun quick game that made me want to play over and over again!
Does the difficulty also scale to get easier if the player turns out to be very bad? Asking for a friend haha

Super fun and original idea! I especially liked that once you guessed the object you still had to "prove" you understood and actually navigate around.

Cute little platformer with a fun story! I am pretty bad at platformers in general so this was hard for me but I still enjoyed it. Nice art-style as well :)

(1 edit)

I really love the story and the art style, I think the idea of playing as Professor Ant is incredible.
Unfortunately I suck at platformers and the second jump was already too difficult for me. I would have liked Professor Ant to move a little faster and I think if you land in an area that is a dead end (or a loss) then the restart should either be automatic or faster to access at least. I do love that you took the time to decorate these areas though, it really adds a lot of character to the game!

Great Ant game! I really liked the idea of the ant growing as a time limit but also as a way of having the controls change over time! It was quite challenging for me but I am horrible at platformers so that is no surprise lol. Very nice artwork as well :)

Cute little Ant game! It took me a while to figure out that each Ant had a specialty but once I got the hang of it I had fun playing around with that. I especially liked the Ladybug because it required different teams to cooperate. I sadly got stuck on 99% because one red ant got stuck in the bottom left area.

This game is very weird in a good way!

Hahahaha thank you for validating my dreams :D

As a fellow Ant game enjoyer, I liked the idea of thinking on a human scale while acting on an ant scale. The controls and the ant are amazing!

Fun and fast little game! I realised that it plays better in full screen, otherwise it gets a little tricky to aim. but very rewarding to get faster and faster!

It's a really fun idea and very nice artwork. The controls were a bit difficult for me and I wasn't completely sure what to do with the stuff I found (could I have used things?) but I liked the story and the humor of the dialogue.

I admit that I am not especially good at this type of game so I did get killed by wolves a lot but it was still quite fun to play! I enjoyed all the random little quirks you put into the game like the pickles and the cheese :D

Super fun twist on the classic Sokoban puzzler! A creative idea with a really clean execution :)
I wonder whether future levels could have portals with more general scaling effects like "longer"or "bigger" which you need to chain together in the right way to create the shapes you need.

This was a very creative idea! It took me a while to understand the mechanics (specifically that the discard pile gets reshuffled, I was hording up cards for no reason) but once I got the hang of it it was very enjoyable to play.
One note that I have, I might be wrong but I feel like the sideways wind also blows you down? I would find it interesting if the wind actually blows you sideways, which may even help you scale the mountain.

This was incredible! I did not have time to finish it yet but I will be coming back to this for sure! Such a cool concept, a really creative take on the theme and puzzle platformers in general, and so polished! I'm not sure how many levels you made but I would legitimately pay for this. Great job!

Fellow Ant game maker! I really like the concept, finding different conversion rates and exploring the map to get the final golden ants! I also really liked the hexagon based map aesthetic. I would have liked a way to zoom out of the map or have a mini map somewhere, just so I can keep track of all my little ants that I sent into the wilderness. Overall you did a lot for such a short amount of time which is pretty cool!

Super fun game! I did make it to the black hole at the end but I barely used the time controls, not completely sure how to utilize them best. But really nice concept and very polished!

Hahahaha we'll see about that :D thank you for playing!

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you liked it :)

Thank you so much for playing our game and the feedback!

Thank you so much! Glad you had fun :)

This was so cute and relaxing! I love the change in perspective, my plants were trying to communicate their needs with me this whole time! I would love to play an expanded version of this at some point, maybe with more types of plants or more ways to signal problems?

this might sound a bit weird since we made the game but... How did you manage to play the game? We ran out of time and uploaded a broken version and no-one in our team can play the game at all?

The "villain" part of our description also comes from trying to add the game to the jam within the remaining 67 seconds so I am glad you seem to have recognised what we were going for anyway! Thanks for rating our game, we appreciate it

Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed it!

yea Sphere is quite picky but I promise the effort is worth it! Glad you liked the game :)
