It's adorable! ♥ Interesting gameplay, although using the balls on the chain to help jump took me a bit too long to finally get it working. The artstyle is really nice, Professor Ant is so cute! I hope you will develop this project in the future, because it's already very good! Well done! ♥
Very good physics game! Really cute style! One feedback though is I feel like professor ant is too slow, maybe that's just me, i enjoyed it regardless! Good job!
Game looks so good. Once I managed to make the first puzzle I felt really like Professor Ant. Climbing was little bit weird, because I started climbing only when pressing A/D and then pressing W/S button. Being able to start climbing even when player holds W/S with A/D even before being close to a wall will fix it.
But otherwise good job.
Love the style. The concept is interesting, but unfortunately I found the movement a bit clunky.
Hello, I really love the visuals of the game and physics-based mechanics, but the game was, unfortunately, a bit frustrating. It looks like the second weight at the beginning of level 2 was sometimes falling on its own, so when I finally managed to do the first jump, I couldn't continue and had to restart the level.
Very bizarre game in a good way. It almost felt like a dream. Love the artstyle and physics based mechanics. Though there are things I will complain about. I’ll start by saying I got stuck trying to figure out how climbing works for a good while. The restart button being in the menu is a little annoying I would prefer R key more. And it might be my skill issue but I just couldn’t complete level 2 and got stuck at the swinging platform section. I was slipping from those platforms every time I just couldn’t get past that section. All in all good game but the things I mentioned make it a bit frustrating.
The first jump was confusing to me, I didn't know it was a physics based game and I kept jumping before the little ball comes :D, but after that it was really fun! The art is cute and I love how there's little stuff around that doesn't add anything to the gameplay, but add a lot to the environment! On laptop the grab wall to climb is a bit finicky to work with. Great game!
Very nice idea! Cute art, cute story concept, and gameplay was fun. I had a bit of trouble getting used to the climbing but once I got the hand of it, it was all good! Also love the climbing sound :)
LMAO Thank god you put that restart button cause i kept falling the first minutes or so ahah once i figured everything it was fun to play ! The visual is very clea, good job !
Flinging yourself using physics is satisfying, but i wish there was checkpoints ><
An interesting puzzle platformer, nice work on designing the professor.
Overall I really like this game, especially the art style. I also like all the little intractable elements. Those really made the world feel very alive. However, I think the restart button should be a bit more quickly accessible. I did manage to complete all the levels, but i did forget that you can pick stuff up with lmb.
I really love the story and the art style, I think the idea of playing as Professor Ant is incredible.
Unfortunately I suck at platformers and the second jump was already too difficult for me. I would have liked Professor Ant to move a little faster and I think if you land in an area that is a dead end (or a loss) then the restart should either be automatic or faster to access at least. I do love that you took the time to decorate these areas though, it really adds a lot of character to the game!
Neat idea, and a very cute artstyle! And physics puzzles were pretty clever!
Though, while I understand that it's difficult to UX properly during the gamejam, more tooltips and 'easing' player into more advanced mechanics would help a lot.
