Great to hear that you liked it! Indeed, I struggled a bit with the physics. I'll try to improve on that for the next time ^^

Thank you :) Cool that you enjoyed it!

Thank you for trying out the game and for the valuable feedback :)

Impressive theme integration! You nailed the cross-paths and simple shapes limitations. This game is both fun and challenging. Congratulations for your submission :)

While the theme integration could be refined, the game has a challenging and unique experience that keeps you engaged. The gameplay difficulty is well balanced. The visual filter can be tiring, but it creates an unique aesthetic. Thanks for making it optional in the settings!

An interesting game with an unique atmosphere. The camera work is quite well executed and adds depth to the experience. The enigmatic storyline leaves room for interpretation. Overall, a very solid entry!

Very creative twist for a simple game like this :)

This game is actually quite enjoyable. There's a lot of potential in this idea. Congrats for the submission!

Thanks for the feedback :)

Seriously Unity?

And I don't think that the brotli compression works on itch.io even x)

Thanks for your feedback! I hope that the difficulty was well balanced 🙏

Thank you! I'm glad that you enjoyed it ^^

I appreciate a lot your feedback :)

Thank you for the kind words :)

Thanks mate :)

Looking forward to your feedback :)

Thanks a lot for the feedback. Your submission was also really impressive :)

I agree 100% with you about the grid visibility issues. I didn't pay enough attention to lighting :(

Cool theme interpretation :) I liked reading about the lore.

Despite the simple GUI, the post-processing effects are giving it a really nice touch and in general I'm loving the style!

Here are some suggestions:

  • Make the draggable and the non-draggable elements in the game look different. I was confused at first about why the numbers in the center were not moving.
  • The info how to play info is amazing, but it's not totally clear to me how the color of the result is determined. Is it always the first digit?
  • The currency and score being the same thing is an interesting concept, but I'd have used something else other than money. Considering the lore, maybe "hearts", or "corruption", or something similar would fit a bit more nicely.

Next time consider adding a browser version too to reach a greater audience! All in all, a cool and polished game, congrats!

Thanks! I really wanted to reduce the randomness and add more strategic features to the game but you know, game jams and ambitious scope doesn't work :) I'm glad that you had fun!

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate your feedback :)

Very nice pixel art and sound :) Gameplay was interesting and the different traps were challenging but well balanced.

A couple of suggestions:

  • There's no need to come back after picking a soul. You can just suicide and go back. Maybe you could punish the player by dropping the soul.
  • Create a distinct background for the walkable area and outside of the map boundaries.
  • The hitbox of the feet and the spikes was sometimes a bit unpredictable, I'd try to tweak that.

Congratulations for the submission :) You managed to get the retro NES tanks gameplay in 3D!

I enjoyed the gameplay but the power ups need to be balanced, for example having 2 or 3 damage power ups don't make a difference. Or is it intentional that you should get only one of a kind simultaneously?

You could also consider adding procedurally generated levels for more replayability.

All in all good job :)

Got it :) Finally managed to shoot. Out of curiosity, why this limitation?

Thanks a lot for the positive feedback!

If you want a hint for level 6, try finding a combination that starts with 0.4 😉

Surprisingly addictive :) Congrats for the submission.

5 stars game :) Congrats! I really liked the scene transitions

Thanks for your feedback :)

Maybe you have reached the limit of jumps or rotations of the level specified in the top-left corner? I'll investigate the issue nonetheless.

Cheers!

Shooting seems broken :(

Congrats :) Most original submission I've played so far. Although it's difficult, it's certainly not impossible and  presents a good challenge. Really good theme interpretation too. I'm missing some background music. Also try with a less saturated background, it hurts the eyes after playing for a while.

I'm liking the style of the game a lot. I found the gameplay too repetitive and would add more interactions such as:

  • Bring coffee to the working dude, otherwise he falls asleep and he doesn't work
  • The candidates leave if you don't enter the meeting room every couple of seconds
  • Another computer to interact with and get money (maybe stock exchange or similar)

Quite nice submission :) The physics are satisfying to watch and the art and sound fit nicely. The jam theme is decently executed. Overall I enjoyed playing the game.

I like the game idea and aesthetics. Great use of the jam theme too. I'd make it more interesting by making more complicated intersections. But overall great job!

Hey, thanks for the the nice words about the game and the constructive critique :D

Quite enjoyable game. I like the idea of the click and go for this genre, I haven't seen it before and it adds an interesting level of difficulty. The drones seem quite OP though :)

Some improvement ideas:

  • pausing the game when the upgrades are available
  • adding easing to the spaceship movement instead of linear movement

But great job overall 👍

Thanks a lot for the feedback, and specially for playing it live on Twitch!

I'll take your suggestions and  surely will work on them :)

Good topic choice for the jam. The gameplay is intuitive and has a good difficulty balance.

Stacking the books in the shelf sometimes buggy.

thanks for the feedback! ❤
