hahahahaha. I loved how trivial the tasks that kept me tethered were! Fun to play and funny to experience. At first I thought the controls were unbalanced but then I understood why and I loved it.

Congrats on the solo job!

Very interesting game with a really inventive mechanic! It was fun experiencing it. I got a bit frustrated at the first couple of levels but one I understood the mechanics it was completely fine. Maybe you could add a really short beginning level as a tutorial. I definitely would play a full version of this game.

Oh, man what a great concept! The implementation was also great. I think I suck at the game but had a lot of fun nonetheless! Look and feel is very cohesive as-well. And boy, I am impressed by the amount of options and info you were able to implement in the main menu. You did a great job!

kept me entertained for quite some time! Controlling Skelly was really smooth. And I loved the feeling of being an untouchable god. But, if you are planning on expanding the game, I would delay that feeling and make the player work a little bit more for it. By my second point of ability I already felt like there was no danger.

Oh, almost forgot, I enjoyed a lot the promo art you guys used on your page. Loved the mix of digital painting + pixel art!! Congratulations to both of you!

I really enjoyed your game guys! You were even able to add a cinematic intro, that was cool.

Nice and cohesive look and feel. Very good way to show player health, I enjoyed being a head hunting citizens, hahaha.

And, oh, 10/10 blood splatters! Nicely done!

wow! Thank you for the praise, man. We really appreciate it!
Yeah, we knew the mechanic was not particularly original, so we did our best to try and make it interesting. I'm glad you think it worked! As I said before, I really enjoyed your game. I hope you can build on it after the jam!

What a heartfelt game! I loved the art and music  a lot! You created a nice experience here guys. Congrats!

I dig the concept here! I hope you can expand the added difficulty later to some more handcrafted alterations to the levels. Also enjoyed the tone of the tutorial texts. In addition to being a tutorial, they add to the atmosphere too. Good job!

I enjoyed playing it! Fun and simple.

Good job on the menu painting as-well. I really dig it!

Simple but fun gameplay! I can see you put a lot of effort on the visuals, from main menu to the game itself, and I like it. The art and music adds up to a tangible spooky atmosphere. Loved the bloom effects. Nicely done, dude!

This is a fun exploratory experience with a very chill atmosphere!  You did a very good job picking sprites and sounds that feel cohesive. I wanted to play more, so I hope you expand this idea after the jam. In some ways, it felt like a ghostly version of A Short Hike. Meaning that it evoked similar good feelings throughout the experience. Good job!

Fun and funny game. Art and music are on point and the gameplay is very smooth. The only thing missing here is a Shotgun category for the rating.

Lol, the amount of lightening ant the end was pretty funny! I really dig how your game looks. Hope you add more to it after the jam. Good work!

Man, there is something about how your game looks and sounds that gives it a a REALLY COOL weird personality. It feels surreal and a little bit disturbing in a good way. Thanks for the experience!

The mechanic is great and you are a talented level designer. You extracted a lot of good ideas from the concept. Your gameplays, looks and sounds great! This may sound like a weird compliment... but I REALLY enjoyed the sound for the footsteps. Nice job!

Nice game! The controls were cool, they reminded me of Brigator. At first I thought there were some kind of bug with the mouse controls cus I wasn't able to shoot. Then I understood that GORE IS MY AMMO. hahaha. It was a bit too hard but I had fun playing it. Thanks!
I almost forgot: Great music!!

You have a cool system and mechanic going on here! Maybe, after the jam, you could add some sort of progression structure that goes beyond the objectives. I think that would be cool. The visuals were very charming too. Thanks for the experience!

Hey, I tried to play your game, but, somehow the .apk kept restarting my phone whenever I tried to install it. I think the problem is on my end because my phone is 6 years old witch makes it ancient in smartphone years.

You have a fun concept going on here and you can feel the love put into the artwork. I really like it. If you are accepting suggestions, maybe a more concise level design would benefit your mechanic and pacing. But that's just my opinion. The game is fun as it is! Great job guys.

Such a wonderful mechanic dude! It feels like a great mixture of EVO and Kirby. You could easily turn this into a full game. I hope you don't abandon this project after the jam. Great job!

Sooo, here is my random comment for votes:
Amazing game, dude. I both love and hate Justin. It was really fun figuring him out and you did an amazing job with the script. Congrats!

Nice game, man!
Loved how you committed to the small color palette and made it work really well.

Ah, and Spectro is cute as heck!

Very fun and addictive game! After my third death I became an untouchable god and I liked it. Great job.

Holy Shit! Amazing.

Thank you FUR your feedback!

Yeah...I bet Lorena would love to be the one puking for claps!

I think I have something in my eyes.

Yes we do. I've seen a few games like this on the jam. It's cool noticing how we all implement the same concept in different ways to the point that the games feel unique.

Liked the game a lot! I've seen a few versions of the jump over the dead body mechanic (mine included hahaha) and I love noticing how we all implemented in different ways! The decision to make the tombstones breakable is really interesting. Adds a bit of tension to the platforming. The jumping is a little bit unresponsive but I got used to it quickly. Congratulations to both of you!

Played on browser. Bt aside from the music thing, the game ran smooth for me.

Oh man, I loved  how you used the explosions to make some really interesting puzzles! And the overall atmosphere of the game was really charming! Well done!

Great game guys, congratulations! I liked the progression a lot. I began running away from peasants and finished it destroying the king like it was nothing. And there's nothing more satisfying than resurrecting a bunch of corpses at at the same time. The game ran smooth for me. The only bit of weirdness that happened to me was that the victory music was overlapping with the awesome menu music at the end. Congrats!

Your game is charming and funny! Loved the pink+green palette, sprites and animations. They really fit this little world you created. And the music? I'll be humming the base lines for a while. Well done!

hey man,

Not sure if the problem is your file or my computer, but, when I try to unzip it, I get a message saying that the file is damaged and can't be expanded.

This is great! You made some really cleaver levels. Congrats!

A very calming game about training warriors for the end times! I really like the mechanics and how they interact with each other. Liked the idea of the quests too but maybe they could be more of a risk/reward choice! The status effects were fun, I wish there were more of them. Sadly my warriors were too fat for Ragnarok.

You did a really good job! The sound and aesthetics are top notch!

I rated your game yesterday but had to come back to leave a comment!
Lovely game! One of my favorite so far. The art and premise are incredible, the gameplay was engaging and fun and the animation have a lot of charm. I was confused on what to do for a while but you guys can easily fix that later with some form of tutorial. Great job!
