Not sure I follow the question, but don't think so? All colored blocks follow the same logic and have the same chances of spawning. The only thing that's factored is that a bomb *may* spawn when a block is destroyed, it starts at 1% chance and increases by like 0.2% each block destroyed, once a bomb is created the chance is halved.
fun concept! would love to see it explored further
my two cents: attaching parts, taking out asteroids/enemies should feel a bit more impactful. There are also so many projectiles and asteroids on the screen and they do so little damage that it doesn't feel like you ever get punished for just eating all of them
For some reason it lags super hard out of nowhere on both builds (maybe i do have skill issue dot exe u_u), but when it didn't lag i had fun with all the new power-up animations, the style was really fun! Would love to see all you managed to fit into the game as each round the powerup you get seems to change.
Do you see a window popping up or nothing at all? A known issue is that using a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller will have the game flooded with random inputs and block it from starting (if you see a window open) , so disconnecting any controllers might do it.
Do you happen to know if this device is 32 bits? Game Maker dropped support for it not long ago and I forget if Telemochi was part of that or not.
Let me know if any of this helps, I don't mind recompiling the game and see if that does it.
Hi! Thanks for reporting this. Did a quick test and it's not happening on my end. In the meantime:
- Touching the cats without any fruit crashes the game, is it instant or like on first touch? Did you carry any fruits before or made any mistakes? Anything of note or it just is consistently crashing?
- Is this v1.2? If not, can you try the latest version? (You can check the game's version on the title screen bottom-right)
- In rare occassions a redownload might fix it, but if it happens to you and your friend i think it's very unlikely
- Do you remember your map codes? If so can you share them?
Thanks for the crashlog! Will look into it.
Next to the executable there is a folder called "stages"
In there there are the game's stages. Feel free to customise them! Here's a template: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FKMxPflcxWOG57fpT2zzLOljm_OAId-Pe5EQZabn...
Make a copy to your google drive (or download it) and you can start creating!
