This is such a great idea. So simple. So fun. You gave me carpal tunnel but I guess it was worth it.

This is very well done. I like the twist on tower defense. I don't have a lot to say beyond what has been said in other comments. I got to Day 6 and my browser threw up an error and the game froze, so I didn't get very far. Regarding the gameplay juice feedback you asked for:
- I like how impactful the combat feels. I'm not a fan of the circular area of effect that the attack has. I didn't feel like there was any major skill to combat; I just ran to proximity of enemies and spammed attack without regard for positioning.
- I'd have liked a bit more enemy variety. In the 6 days I played, I only ever saw that one chipmunk looking guy. I don't know how long the game is, but having a new enemy type thrown in on day 2 or 3 might make things a bit more interesting.
Amazing job on the graphics by the way. It's really a beautiful game. I found myself just flitting around the swamp admiring how everything looks.
Thanks! I had percentages on the bars right up till the last minute and then removed them before submission. I felt like it ruined the immersion to see numbers, but I can see how they're beneficial from a gameplay perspective. If I keep working on this, I'll consider putting them back in or maybe make it an optional setting. That's good feedback!
Tower Defense is one of my favorite genres, and I think this is a very cool take on it! I like how you took a genre that is typically kind of passive (i.e., you build and wait, occasionally upgrading towers) and turned it into a really active, frenetic experience. I also really enjoyed the art style. It felt very Command & Conquer.
I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game! The art, music, and sound effects are all excellent and create a fantastic ambience.
The gameplay is very creative. It's a simple concept but deceptively hard and oddly addicting. I played for far longer than I had intended.
I'd love to see an optional hint when failing a day. I ended up replaying some days several times and using trial-and-error. It would have been helpful to get a hint about what I might have missed after trying and failing three or four times.
