Oh BOY am I craving some blunkberry milkshakes. Definitely won't be going to B**k B**k. I hear you need some hard to get pretzels just to feel better!

This game caught me by surprise. Great job to everyone! Really enjoyed the use of the audio in this one too.

Kept getting an error so couldn't play the game. Liked the concept and art actually! This could grow to be some kinda efficiency/factorio kinda game :D

Interesting take on the theme and on a well known game mechanic!

I actually tried just spamming all the arrow keys without thinking and ended up winning xD

Thanks! Really appreciate the feedback :D

Thanks so much for playing!

Very cute game with some chill music to go along with it!

Had a hard time understanding that Space was different from Up, so I spent a good while trying to figure out why I couldn't make stairs until I realized you used Space to climb the pieces like ladders.

Take my feedback with a grain of salt though since I couldn't even beat the first difficulty 😅

Awesome art and I love it when the king zooms in to clap xD Also love me some good ol tavern music!

Unfortunately I found this game more stressful than enjoyable, and the stack keeps exploding every time I complete the second level so I can never get past it. Even if the stack looks stable, after the last mug is placed, the whole stack just self-collision explodes or something and I keep failing :[

Art and Music were solid 5/5! Really enjoyed the vibes and the characters were all so well written! Almost got lost in the dialogue and stopped focusing on the actual game at times xD

Great job and very fun concept! Only critique would be that it might not fit completely with the theme of built to scale, but that's purely a subjective thing due to personal interpretations. Really enjoyed this one!

Artstyle and music/audio was fantastic! Personally, and maybe it's my monitor, but I can't really see what I'm doing very well unless I max my lamp's brightness, but then I lose battery before I can attract any mosquitos and lose really quickly. Also I just keep hearing squishing sounds and I'm not exactly sure what those mean. Maybe cuz I can't see very well.

Also, not sure what the ghosts do and what you mean by "control" them.

I actually had a hard time with the camera because the game kept defaulting to my vertical monitor and I couldn't figure out how to rescale it 😅really cool concept though and great job sticking to the theme!

I actually played this multiple times from just how much I enjoyed it! Took me a while to realize just how OP rigs were hahaha Great job!

As a total noob, I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do 😅overall really loved the aesthetics and art, and props to the team for making so many unique mini games in a single jam!

Lots of creativity with this one! Need to echo what the others have said that it's a shame you weren't able to flesh this one out more! Still, great job!

Critique is only harsh if you take it personally and not seriously! I'm actually really happy you took the time to write all that and I'm definitely going to use your advice to improve my music moving forwards! Thank you so much and I really enjoyed your music as well!

I'm glad my BOINGINGNIGNGGs were so worthy of 5 stars xD Thanks for listening and I was definitely jamming out (and getting spooped!) to your music as well!

Thank you so much! I really enjoyed your music as well! Really fun and dynamic compositions you had going on! :D

Ooooh listening to your music was really a sonic experience! (Both sonic as in sound and gotta go fast!) I really enjoyed The Warehouse for its dynamic beats and bouncy groove! Great job!

Hey thanks! I really enjoyed listening to your music too! Great job!

Oh dang! Your music was really well written, and I loved how dynamic you were with each song in terms of style and composition! Great job! My personal favorite was actually the first track, Cosmocats! Definitely nailed the epic introduction to the astrocats getting ready to fly off into new frontiers. Great job!

Oooo the wooden clacks in the beginning of Witness the Beauty were nice!

Great use of instrumentation and arranging to bring a sense of tension and energy!

Offtopic, your soundcloud profile caught me off guard xD

Anyywaays moving on to the actual song, I was NOT expecting such an exciting dubstep track, so already bonus points for creativty!

I think you nailed the Rhythm Game vibes with this one. I could see this being used in a game like Osu or Cytus!

Ooooh teamwork makes the dreamwork! This is going to be a fun one to listen to while writing, letsgoo!

1. Main Theme: This song does a great job at introducing us to the story and getting us ready for what we're about to experience. My ears really enjoyed the guitar strums xD

2. Footsteps: You all nailed the Joe Hisaishi pianos here of the chords not being played all at one go, but having that slow strummed effect. This felt like a "What if Joe Hisaishi, but modern" with the use of the electric guitars.

3. Bubble Waltz: Immediately after reading the title, I was thinking "this song better be in 3/4", so thank you for that xD This was a refreshing one to listen to after all the 4/4 songs (I'm guilty of this too heh). Very bubbly and creative :]

4. Inside My World: Ooooh yess! Vocals! I really enjoyed the use of various instruments and styles coming together to continue the vibes of water, and then going deeper into the dream vibes.

5. Interlude: This was a great showcase of piano and just giving a break to the listener, whilst also instilling emotions of "but wait, there's more"

6. Mother: Oh dang, those guitars and reverbed percussions were NOSTALGIC. Great use of instruments and space here.

7. Boss Theme: This one reminded me of some Genshin Impact tracks with the synth being filtered into the song. Really enjoyed the mix of styles in this one and the extra energy it added to the overall soundtrack.

Overall, great job to the 3 of you on this, and I really enjoyed listening!

I actually really liked the vinyl crackling noise. Something about your soundtrack was both nostalgic, yet remorseful. Well done and I really enjoyed this one!

This was a fun one to listen to. You nailed the vibes of loneliness in another world and the textural synths you used were very well utilized. Good job!

Ooo good job on the EPIC orchestration! Was caught off guard on the hybrid/dubstep drop xD

Great use of arpeggios to give a sense of progression and evolution throughout your music! Good job!

Great use of bubble sound effects in Innocent Tides! Really enjoyed your use of textures and sounds to help reinforce your themes.

I loved the creativity and your blend of multiple styles in one soundtrack! Nice use of slowing the tempo at the end of Finding the Way Home!

Your tracks were very atmospheric! Good job and congrats on completing your first jam! Keep up the fight and keep uploading your work!

Loved the energy of Dance of the Sea! I could imagine the waters moving with the music on this one!

You nailed the sea vibes! I was immersed by your music :D

Dance the fear away

Always enjoy listening to another orchestral composer's works! Well done! :D

Ooooh this was spooky! Not just creative, but also well made!

You aimed for a theme, and you absolutely nailed it! Great job and I was super immersed! The beat in Theme of Laren was definitely a BOP as well!

Definitely one of the strongest contenders for top 20 of this jam, no doubt about it. Each song is expertly crafted to bring to life the vision within the composer's mind, and each influence named is audibly present in every song.

If I had to nitpick, it'd be that each song sounds more composed to picture, rather than being aimed at use in a video game. I could easily see this kind of music being used in a fantasy animated film or even something like Avatar, but game orchestration calls for different techniques, and there's a reason why most game songs are looped the way they are. But honestly, can't complain at the quality of music here.

What we're hearing here is so well done, it's hard to believe it was all made within a week! Lush arrangements, crispy pizzicatos, you really couldn't ask for more in a fully orchestrated soundtrack. There really isn't much more to say. Great job on this one, seriously. I'm honestly jealous WOW.

Thank you for the kind words! I really loved your submission as well! Great job!

oh WOW I was blown away by the first track. I was immediately immersed by the metallic sounds leading me through a mysterious world, and the combination of emotional strings and felt pianos had me in shivers! It NAILED the vibes of curiosity so well!...

...And then your soundtrack transitions to TENSION. I can easily imagine that powerful cello to represent the mysterious man and him leading both the protagonist and the player deeper into the shadows, however, we both know that the only way out of this dark situation, is forwards.

and the Felt Piano is BACK! and I LOVE IT! (I think it's a felt piano? haha sorry if I'm wrong). Great use of the sounds and melodies from before to give the listener a breath right before the next song! Origins was everything I wanted to hear after the tension from Where No Bubble Dares to Dwell.  Just like how the little girl gets her answers and finds her way back home in the story, you brought me to resolution in real life musically. Very well made soundtrack!

Thank you so much! I'm so happy Distractions is getting so much love because it's actually my favorite of the whole soundtrack for its BOING hahaha

Really enjoyed listening to yours too! So far, I think it was one of the most clever ones :D

Oooooh... The mystery... the ATMOSPHERE! Very well done and each song, while their own, continued to reveal the whole picture of the game, whilst staying true to the theme. You also had a very clever use of a leitmotif in hiding it, yet making it (even almost subconsciously) obvious! (which is very good!)

Lights Off was my personal favorite from your submissions, and I was thoroughly SPOOKED!

Great job and so far yours was one of my favorites that I listened to!

OH DANG THAT BASS IS JUICY

Floating in the In Between had me swaying back and forth too! Really enjoyed the instrumentation and even got reminded of some Kirby soundtracks :D

One critique I'd have is that the synth you used for the shiny high plucks in that track had some piercing resonances in the high end (probably somewhere in the 10k-11khz area), so toning those down could help to meld them into the mix more smoothly.

Respite definitely gave some respite after the cheery good hype vibes of the previous track.

Overall, great job on your submissions! Really enjoyed listening :D
