heyo! im a game dev and the last thing I worked on was my submission for the brackeys game jam. i came across your previous game there too (and you may have seen mine too)

anyways stumbled across another one of your submissions here again and im absolutely obsessed with how good these games look (like seriously). if you are working on any future jams and you need a programmer/artist/3d artist i would absolutely love to be onboard. my contacts are in my creator page if you're down :)

hi im interested! my discord is dsstoat, ive currently got an artist and 2 programmers including me. we are currently missing our sound designer bc he's kinda disappeared. would have to love you on board so feel free to dm me on discord

you can also check out our previous games from the brackeys jam where we met each other:

another one who’s finished it tqsm 😭

thanks for the comment! the spirit box is completely audio based so after charging it up by spamming the button it will begin to play an audio (if the spirit has one). For example screaming or singing. It should be pretty obvious if you hear something so if it’s vague static it’s probably nothing

saying my game was engaging enough to keep you playing for a long time is one of the best compliments you can get as a game developer. Thanks a bunch 🙏

when I was making this game I was never expecting to elicit such a reaction from everyone and especially see anyone bother enough to finish the game. I really appreciate the comment 👍🏻

80 games and it’s your favourite??? Man that means a lot to me. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

enjoyed playing this on controller. i thought i was really bad until i noticed the enemies couldnt die lololol. well made

if you've got some free time please try my game out too

that monster gave me a jump when i first saw it. ladders were a bit funky tho but its understandable for a jam, well done

If you've got some free time please try my game out too

quirky game which i spent surprisingly long playing, well done

If you've got some free time please try my game out too!

wow this was surprisingly good. starts out simple but you really need to start to lock in as the game goes on, nicely made

If you've got some free time please try my game out too!

I’m from Malaysia and I made https://iistoat.itch.io/storm-keepers  Its inspired by papers please and phasmophobia

yes I definitely agree about the reading part in the tutorial. My initial plan was to have an interactive tutorial with pop ups and stuff but I decided against it due to time constraints

and the idea of having icons is really good too, never even considered it. Thanks for the feedback

struggled with movement. until i switched to controller where it felt perfect. definitely felt the katana zero in this game

awesome but short game. the art is a clear standout in quality, props to the art team. my one suggestion is to add some sort of progression or something to switch the gameplay up, for example items are out of stock or some potions will not be able to be made for some reason, otherwise I feel myself doing to same thing over and over

you need to summon the spirits by clicking on the ship

ah yeah i was considering making extra quota pass on to the next day. however after playtesting it was decided that it wasnt a great idea due to balancing and thats why you have the option of ending early instead of ending once the quota is reached.

you can also use the extra time to memorise the journal (which is what some of my play testers did). i appreciate the feedback tho. thanks for playing

the idea itself it pretty cool, just needs some cool art

really cool concept and great interpretation of the theme

elden ring. very cool

i got edged by this game

wow you're letting your kids play this? im honoured

1. youre meant to pick it up and shake it with your mouse
2. you can end days early when you've hit quota so you don't have to do 21 on day one lol
3. as more pages are introduced the game (hopefully) has been balanced so your strategy has to keep on switching up every single day
4. theres a new enemy everyday from day 3 onwards
5. clicking the icons on the right allows you to remove them from your desk. ive heard this one a lot lol. i should have made it clearer
thanks for playing anyways

wow i got beat up

same critiques as everyone, camera holds the game back. besides that its fun and i enjoyed it

did you not appreciate my win screen that i most definitely (did not) put a ton of effort into :(

cool game, just wished there were some enemy sprites.

short and made me chuckle. nicely made. check out my game too if you'd like

i enjoyed it! check out my game too if you've got the time

https://iistoat.itch.io/storm-keepers A mix of papers please and phasmo, i hope you can try it out!

https://iistoat.itch.io/storm-keepers im trying it out! play mine too if youd lik

simple and fun. finished it

haha you skipped the tutorial??? so the compass and holy water both activate by shaking shaking shaking them. i guess if you kept dragging them to the ship it would register as shaking but thats definitely not the intended way to do it

this is so cool. i love it

marvin is wet :(

another game that raises my blood pressure lol. its really well made and the art is great

nah your game is seriously crazy

10/10 holy cow this is amazing. this is mind blowing. someone made terraria in 7 days

lets go my game is officially better than phasmo
