I made a dumb little leaf tent in my first try, and was real proud of it, until the storm started with 80 degree winds, and everything including marvin went flying off of the map.

So needless to say that was hilarious. The game was a bit difficult, and I would have liked it to not be so RNG-based, what with the windspeeds and what you get from the shops both being random, from what I could tell. But other that that it was an entertaining little experience of trying to keep a little goober from flying off the map.

you know, I am not much of QWOP/physics-based games. But one thing I did get, is one hell of a good laugh with the whole situation.

edit: forgot to mention: wow you did the guitar????? that got me real impressed. full props on that choice.

11/10 went to find Marvin’s fatherly figure and got lost in the storm. RIP Marvin.

I really like the idea for this game - although I didnt really know what to use the gold for. That is to say Marvin didnt make it out of the storm well at all lol

I vibe with Marvin. I love how nicely the game fits into the theme of the game jam! I think it could be nice to make it more clear what to do with the gold, and to be able to skip the building phase timer. Overall, the game is very relaxing and I enjoyed it!

i like the idea of a sort of 3D tower defense game. it's cool how you have to find out a way to protect Marving with the resources you have. My only feedback is that i'd be nice if we can skip to the storm with the push of a button instead of waiting several minutes. Still a solid jam submission though!

Interesting game. I cant protect him from the storm. I wasnt sure what to do with the gold so I threw everything on top of Marvin and he just flew away. Im...a bad babysitter. Marvin....no....Ima pour some out for my homie I left behind.
