I liked it. It has a cute artstyle. I feel like the boss had a little bit too much health, and the time between his attacks was a little to slow. The game was at it best when there were multiple attacks & effects going on. It could benefit a lot of having more stuff going on, for example, some small enemies that shoot but get defeated with one bullet? Also, a faster pace would be nice. Also, the joke at the end screen of the dragon just looking confused at the debris of the hand, because he was asleep the whole time was pretty funny.
I feel like it has a lot of potential, great work overall.
I loved the art and feel of the game. The design and animations of the different forms were so cool and well done. The gameplay was also really fun, changing between the different obstacle to tackle different stuff. I would suggest adding a bit more options to the controls, I was using only my left hands for all of the keys. Apart from that, great game!, I would love to see more levels. Awesome work!
This was a pretty nice game! I was surprised at how many levels and ideas you got from this simple mechanic. Also, the difficulty curve of the puzzles was well done. I never felt frustrated, but I still had to think for a bit on how to solve them . I really liked the final puzzle, when you have to throw a square and jump at the same time; all of the necessary pieces of knowledge were already learned in the previous levels one by one.
I also have to say, its pretty impressive doing a game without an engine :0
Awesome work!!
Very fun game! I liked the different mechanics of the two sizes. I also liked the level design a lot. In most cases I knew pretty quickly what I needed to do. Well except in a wall jumping section in level 1, I struggled a lot to understand what I needed to do, only to realise that it was a skill issue on my part lol. Maybe that kind of section should be easier, or it should be later in another level. I did get to beat it after a while.
In the second level I enjoyed the realization that size changer lasers/gun work on the enemies too. I didn't get to finish level two, there was another section that was really hard. Still had a lot of fun tho, its a very nice game with a cool concept.
In a game jam balancing is hard to get right, so my feedback would be that if you are making a jam game, you should try to balance it on the easier side of things so that most people can get to the end of the game and see all the cool stuff you make.
Nice work!
This is such a fun and creative game!!!!
I could recomend having a more clear indicator of the color you have currently picked, like and extra square in the corner that only shows that color. I was also really impressed by the algorithm to check how similar it is to the expected image. Awesome game <3
