I love the art style and the mechanics is very unique. Very simple game but a lot to offer.

How does your game fit the theme?
You're scaling up the scope of a city by building it, while trying to build up a deck of cards to match the scaling score.

This is a cool submission. Some things I particularly liked were:
- the interesting mechanics and creative take on the theme
- the artwork looked great from the main menu, right into the game
- the music reminded me of Age of Empires
Great job
The gameplay and and art are great! I think the UI and game balance have the most room for improvement, since I was unable to get past the third level and it's difficult to keep track how many points you're getting. Great work, overall!
I really like this! Once I got the tooltips working the game was fun, but it's hard to know whether your placements were good, as doing all the math in your head is not really plausible. I think the game could start out a bit easier with the score requirements, but overall it's a really solid game!
Cool idea and very polished game, however due to a skill issue on my part I couldn't make it past the first level lol
This is a very cool game!, I liked it a lot, and its very well polished. I feel like with a bit more balancing i could keep playing it for hours. Awesome work!
I enjoyed this a lot; it's addictive, I played it for a while.
Once I spent some time with it, though, I started having some problems. I feel like the whole thing is just a bit too random. It seemed that regardless of how much I tried to optimize, in the end, it just came down to the luck of the draw. That illusion of meaningful choice and a way to win can keep you motivated for a while, but this one would fall off quickly for me once I realized it was essentially gambling and the strategic element was shallow.
That being said, it isn't easy to design and balance something that way, and for a jam submission, this one does enough, a phenomenal job in this context!
I did notice the huge reliance on RNG was a big problem, actually. I thought a hand redraw mechanic could help mitigate that lot, but I didn't find the time to implement it given I needed to juggle everything else in the game. If I do go and work on it again it'll be one of the first things I add.
Thanks for the review, and I'm glad it was still fun despite its flaws!
Great game but either I don't really get it or it becomes really hard midway ;D I had a great time playing it and would love to see it developed further. Great job!
Art is great and the game itself is really fun, would love to see this fleshed out even more :)
enjoyable and cozy experience! Love to see a similar concept executed well!
This is such a cool and polished game all in just 4 days!!! I'm dying to see more of this it was hard to understand at first but when I got it I had a lot of fun!!!
What a great game, I want MORE!!! XD I would love to play this on mobile! Hope to see you in GMTK 2025!
The style looks beauty, but I didn’t understand weel how to play.
The style and art are so great! I had a hard time understanding the mechanics at first, but eventually it clicked!
Awesome card game! It's realy cool that you managed to make such a game in only 96 hours, it feels realy polished, and the pixel art is realy nice :D
There would be cool to see more expanding on this idea.
This is such a unique combination of the city-building and the deckbuilding genre. I'm not an overthinking type of player, but this game made me calculate everything in mind. I got to day 4, before I ran out of luck and failed right there. I'm telling you, if you don't follow this idea and publish the full game, someone will steal this brilliant idea later on.
The game is very polished, cute pixel art and fitting soundtrack. I can't complain about the small icons on the box, since scaling texture is problematic in Godot. 5/5.
